    This business handles any claims against the town of cicero where my vehicle was involved in an accident by their water departments vehicles they were at fault police report was made they accepted fault as of today nearly 5 months no calls back or replies from **** to take care of my repair bills and I need to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible adjuster ******** ****** never answers her calls or never replies with any further updates at this point I'm ready to take legal action if my problem can't be solved soon

    The company IPMG sent a letter dated 4/8/2024 stating my Workers Compensation case against ************* Dust. 135 was denied. On Monday, 4/15/24 I received a letter dated 4/9/24 saying the following:That *************************** was the adjuster assigned to manage my Workers Compensation case. The items enclosed include a workmen compensation benefit ticket and a medical authorization release form to be returned in the mail. I call this person, I did not get an answer I began to prepare my paperwork to submit for outstanding doctor ***** which I have been paid since I have been off work without pay and without medical insurance. I thought that this was a indication that my case was going to be accepted. On Tuesday, April 16, *************************** called me back and said this case was not approved and that this letter was automatically generated and that Those letters go out to every case. I said this doesnt make sense to me. Im looking at this letter, I spent time making copies while Im out on unpaid LOA. ****** says well I dont know what part you dont understand, this claim is denied and not going to pay any ***** and Im not apologizing for letters it just went out automatically it has my name on it I didnt send it. *** suffered from wasting time and energy while on leave of absence trying to obtain some assistance from a claim and it wasnt even approved and this is very frustrating and confusing. A business should not operate like this. They shouldnt make it automatically generated letter or a claim and say it was denied and thats that. I spent $25 worth of copies and postage mailing out all my medical information in hopes that I would possibly get reimbursed for the medical *****. I feel the company should at least reimburse me for my time and effort of sending all my medical ***** in only to find out that its not going be even reviewed. I feel I should be reimbursed $25 at least for this time and energy and copies and postage.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response that a automated approval response letter just goes out to everyone  is not in any way reassuring or reaffirming the fact that this is an outstanding company. I still believe I should be compensated $25  for my time, gas, postage and copies. I wouldve never bothered to send out this information if this company wouldnt have automated approval letters sent out.   That is no way to run a business. And I dont appreciate how they wasted my time and money in the midst of an injury and time off of work being unpaid.

I did in fact respond to you on the same date that you sent me the companys response. I am asking that you reopen this claim because I am still not satisfied. I am still demanding $25 for expenses in time pursued that this company has cost me.

    Company is requesting receipt for my claim.

     These purchases were made in cash.

    Expenses occurred for sending information for rejected claim.
    Large envelopes cant be placed in local street mailbox.  
    This was made for request for documents for Workers Compensation that company claim the sends out to everyone.

    $4.41 x 3 = $13.23

    U.S. Postage for 9 x 13 flat envelope 2 oz.

    $2.11 + .24 + .24 = $2.87

    Total $ $24.92
