      Nationwide Loans LLC is overcharging me by $50 for auto payments. I spoke with Joy in the insurance department and I was assured an audit of my file would be completed and the error would be correct. My original auto payment in the signed contract was $299.76. I have been paying $341.76 since 2023. Nationwide stated I did not have full coverage. I have full coverage ************** and they have the information. The original price was $8,200.00 and purchased 9/7/2021. Per Nationwide Loans LLC I have a remaining balance of $3,506.80. I would like assistance to get a resolution with this issue. I should not have to pay over the contract price, I am meeting all of the contract obligations. Please help, I am being bullied.

      My husband had a car loan with this company in which I am a co signer. He fell behind on payments, the car broke down and this company kept giving the runaround for months getting back to us regarding options. I specifically asked to have the car repossessed and sold out right and we pay the balance or for parts . They kept telling my husband they call him with a repossession plan and finally a month or so later they stated they are not obligated to mitigate their damages by repossessing the vehicle. Fast forward to recently, we received a knock on the door to serve court papers. I am writing this complaint because I am confused as to how they are suing when the account was charged off and given to a collection agency?

      I am rejecting this response because: we received a letter from a collection agency regarding this. All things about this company is fraud. We will definitely respond via lawyer. This complaint was simply to document their shady business practices and unprofessional staff.

      I am rejecting this response because: as stated previously a response was not necessary. This complaint was simply to add to the many others stating the lack of professionalism, shady business practices etc. the actual owner of the vehicle will communicate with lawyer or whomever he chooses to deal with his portion of this. As the co-signer I am going on record with this complaint to BBB to document along with the similar complaints already documented here. 

      further response will not be provided. Simply run a better company where the right hand knows what the left hand is doing so there wont be any miscommunications or further shady business practices.

      I was totally lied to about the interest and principle on this vehicle I was totally taken advantage of eagle valley motors and nationwide llc told me to my very face my principle and interest would be **** plus I put **** down and they also told me my credit was good I come to find out the interest and principle are over ****** dollars I was lied to deceived taken advantage of Im a senior on a super fixed income plus I was told it was a 36 month lease my friend told me YOU GOT TAKEN THEY PUT YOU ON A 5 YEAR TURM PLUS I GET CHARGED A CONVENIENCE FEE FOR $6 And I was sold an unsafe car I also reported this only to be ignored swept under the carpet I want the money back that I put into this car to make it safe I want out of this I dont appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of I want to undo the deal without it hurting me and my credit what was done to me shouldve never been done also I just found out that the total for this car over the 5 year term is over $24,000 dollars the only way Ill keep this car is to do it with the **** not ***** I am not going to pay ***** for a **** dollar car I want out and my money back for what I put into it I also want to undo the deal without it hurting me and my credit what was done to me is cruel being taken advantage of as a senior and one on a fixed income SHAME ON ALL OF YOU WOULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES YOU ALL PROBABLY WOULD IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WONT ALLOW OR PUT UP WITH THIS NO ONE SHOULD I ALSO HAVE ALL THAT I PUT INTO THIS CAR I want my **** I put down and **** for repairs and I have all the proof

      I am rejecting this response because:  There Representative on the phone told me when I first got the car that the interest finance principle would be **** dollars as did ****** at ******************* and it wasn't as is I let Nationwide llc know as well as ****** at ******************* Nationwide llc should have never financed an unsafe vehicle i told You all this and all I got was the runaround and I'm still telling You all this it's against the law to sell an unsafe vehicle and I have the proof that car should have been safe before selling it and You and Eagle Valley know this and the Finance Interest principle rate is totally ridiculous You All Took Advantage of Me on that as Well and You All know it I have the proof I don't appreciate being ignored and swept under the rug it's not right and You all know it You All Took Total Advantage of This and the Finance Interest Principle is RIDICULOUS Way over CHARGING ME for a **** dollar car OVER ***** dollars for 5 years on an original lemon of a car plus I put **** down and You All continue to rip me off and way over Finance charging me and the only reason I signed anything was because I believed what I was being told on the phone by Your Representative and Company and ****** and I didn't have my glasses and told You and ****** that as well I was taken advantage of that as well yes I take responsibility for that but not the part of being lied to and taken advantage of

      Yesterday, May 11th 2023, I was balancing my bank account and notice that my payment for my vehicle had not been taken. I called spoke to **** and she said that there was no auto payment setup. I informed her that this is impossible because it has been as an auto payment since January of 2023 and other months before this year was set up as well. I also informed her that I have set up ACH 3 times and I want to know why and who keeps canceling it. she inform me I was wrong and I've never been set up on ACH she said she could investigate and call me back we agreed and hung up. when she called me back she informed me that there are going by their records and I have never said up ACH on this account. I do have some documented phone calls and paperwork. I as well as many others have had problems with this company, I just want to continue with my ACH so I don't have to make any unnecessary contact.

      I am rejecting this response because: my coupon payment book has different dates than nationwide is giving in their statement. my written documentation says differently than the payment invoices received. my recorded phone calls tell a different story than their notations made by customer service employees. I have reported to my bank that all  charges or automatic payments submitted by nationwide be stopped as fraud, and only a check made out to nationwide will clear my account each month. A service I had to pay for. I will go back to sending a check each month in the **** mail. There is a grace ****** on the contract and I as well as many consumers use the grace ******. My payment is due on the 26th of each month. My grace ****** is the 6th of the next month. Its in the coupon book. I will be going by these dates that were provided by nationwide when the contract was signed. thank you

      I have been paying on a loan for 5 years with this company. Last time i talked to them they said I owed $1,795.00. When I called to make a payment today they told me I owe $3,000.00. When i asked why i owe so much more than $1700 he said it &#**;s because i pay late. According to my records, I only have 6 more payments due. I need an explanation of all the charges owed.

      Date of incidents 7/25/22-7/29/22 I have a car loan with Nationwide that is coming to an end. During this week I have received calls from them telling me I have not paid my payments in the last three months. I tell them this is not possible as the payment is on auto pay. They have raised their voice, spoke over me and told me I will be lucky if my vehicle is still there tomorrow. I sent them the bank copies showing their stamp for every month Jan-July 2022. It does not appear that my emails are getting to the right people because all they say is pay us over $1,000.00 dollars or we are going to take your vehicle because you have not paid in 3 months.
