5 starsThis is the second home Ive replaced all the windows in using the Woodland team. Woodlands end-to-end professionalism exceeded my expectations and my expectations are high. Once again, I selected the REMOVEDInfinity full frame replacement as the best option to replace 48 windows. The job included the replacement of the existing casing trim with matching casing trim, sealing the opening, checking for water damage and repair of rotting framing or other damage. The woodland craftsman showed up on a Monday and completed the job efficiently. As I work from home, I was able to get random samples of their work styles. What was clear is they focus on maintaining a clean work area, protecting your home and being safe. I also believe the teams have worked together so long that they just know what to do, what adjustments to make, what the next step is, and what the results must be. Finally, they swept up after each window was replaced and did their best to leave my home as clean as they could. The Woodland team met and exceeded my requirements as well as my expectations. The results speak for themselves. There are three vendors in the metropolitan area presenting a similar approach and methodology to installation, however, one of the vendor's is questionable and the next one many percentage points more REMOVEDrecommendation is determine the requirements and results you want from the job, talk to multiple vendors, determine the materials that meet your requirements and specification, have the vendors quote the job, select the vendor and make sure the installation team understands your requirements and your expectations. If furniture and other things are in the way have them moved or removed. The installers are craftsmen not movers. Finally, they do their best to clean up. However, theres going to be residual cleaning needs. Woodland delivered to the contract and my requirements. They exceeded my expectations once again.Woodland Windows & Doors
