  I've been working with the ** team for years! They are upfront, honest and helpful for investors looking to expand within the *** market. ***** was recently assigned as a rep, and she's been great. But I've also worked with *******, ****, ******** and others at **. Great group!

  WORST of the WORST!!! My dream have been turned into NIGHTMARES since I signed my lease with GC Realty! I have been bullied, harassed, and charged unscrupulous amounts of money for maintenance issues at no fault of my own. I am a low income federal housing assisted renter and yet I am continuously being hounded for unexplainable charges that I DO NOT OWE! Did I mention I was also served with a baseless Eviction notice due to one of their incompetent employees trying to extort me. I am currently seeking legal representation and will be filing a complaint with HUD if these actions continue.

  *****, we have been working with you on both the collections and the maintenance chargeback fronts. The circumstances and proof we have on the sewer backups have made it tough to reverse these items with the owner. We will continue to work with you to try to find something closer to a win/win.

  DO NOT RENT WITH THEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING BUT WHEN IT SNOWS AND YOU CALL THEM THEY DONT SHOW UP. THE WORST OF THE WORST. MY FATHER FELL DUE THEM NOT CLEANING OUR PARKING OR SIDEWALKS. I WILL BE CALLING MY LAWYERS AND THE BBB. MAYBE THAT WAY THEY WILL CONTACT ME.

  As you know we recently got hit my heavy snow followed by the deep freeze. As soon as we got your other messages and negative reviews we jumped all over this with our vendor. We have been attempting to reach out to you daily via text and email and have not heard back. I am confident we have our vendor on the same page with the standard needed but please get back to me ASAP so we can discuss any further items.   They are not very good when u are looking for a place to rent from them. They want 2.5x for income no matter what the rent is for the property u want, I think that's too much for most people. I wanted to rent one apartment and they said they can't because my income wasn't 2.5x, so they lost me as a customer.

  Always hidden fees. Slow action to fix anything but hound you if you are late on any payment. Every few months a new fee comes up with no thorough explanation. Communication is terrible unless money is involved. Wouldn't recommend them to nobody

  We just got off a call with **** and we looked at and said to each other: cannot believe he is so going out of his way to help us!We have an investment property in ******* that has gone bad. We are remote passive investors and didn't know how to get us out of the mess, so we were very stressed. We found **** on Bigger Pocket and saw that he was very knowledgeable about *******'s real estate market, and that he was very active on the site and provided helpful advice and resources to others, so we decided to contact ****. What a great decision we made! **** proved to us that he is just the person we saw on Bigger Pocket and beyond: knowledgeable, competent, resourceful, and kind and caring. The advice and resources we received from **** made us feel so much better about handling the situation. Though we are in an undesirable situation we feel like we have a support there that we can turn to and trust, and we will be able to pull through this. We were total strangers to ****, and he helped us willingly without any compensations - this really makes us feel good about the world we are living in.
