    Very deceitful company even toward the people selling their products. Terrible business practices and could care less that they take advantage of people

    I haven't transacted with this company for a period of 3 years and 9 months. Our relationship ended in February 2020. I have not used any of their services ever since that time. On 4 October 2023, I noticed a $100.00 USD ACH (direct debit) withdrawal in my checking account, I immediately contacted this company about the charge and requested a refund. The company refused a refund saying this fee is non-refundable. After almost four years of last dealing with this company, they changed their terms of service in August 2023 (as they have claimed) and based on the fact my account had no activity (since I didn't use their service for almost 4 years), they took out unauthorized fee of $100.00 USD for having this account I haven't used. This happened without any contract signed by me or on behalf of the company. I never received an ACH authorization form from this company to authorize any ACH debits or credits for that matter. I never agreed to any change of service or any fees. This company simply fraudulently took the funds from my account without any authorization. Once I contacted them about this, I requested my account closure. My account was closed, and I lost all access to the platform, but the company still refuses to refund me. They also sent me a fraudulent agreement with my company name on it saying I agreed to their terms. This is a fabricated online document that lacks my name, signature or even a date. They refused to answer my questions as to who regulates them as a financial institution. They failed to provide me with a contract or ACH authorization signed by me. Even after they terminated access to their platform for which they charged this fee, they refused to refund me. After reviewing my bank account, I noticed this company made a $0.01 USD deposit to my checking account on 28 September ************************************************************** the full $100.00.
