      2/10/22 We purchased a floor scrubber $5,727.95. Equipment had a 1 year warranty. The machine quit working September of 2022. Displaying an error code F25. I reached out to Jon Don's service department 9/28/22. Followed their troubleshooting. They said they weren't familiar with the issue and the manufacturer, ice4usa ice intelligent would contact me. I did not hear from them and reached back out to Jon Don 10/10, 10/17 (N/R), 10/27. 10/27 Jon Don had no luck reaching manuf. Offered to pick our machine. Never picked up. 11/1/22 received email from ***************** asking question about the code to which I replied. Heard nothing. I reached again 11/8 (N/R), 11/10 *** replied asking ********************* if they could repair our machine. N/R. 11/28 I reached out again. ***** replied they are short staffed. They will come pick up the machine. Never came. 12/5 I reached out again. N/R. 12/29 I reached out again offering to drop the machine off to them. N/R. Reached out 1/3 N/R, 1/12 N/R, 2/2 N/R. 2/2 submitted message on FB. Received a response and then an email from rep ************************** (Mind you the warranty is about to expire) I called ****** 2/20 voicemail full so I emailed N/R, 2/23 called voicemail full emailed NR. We shipped the machine and paid for shipping 3/8 $107.95. Picked up the machine 4/12 paid shipping $52.08. ******* worked for 2 hours and had the same issue. AGAIN contacted them paid shipping 4/19 $35.28. Received an invoice 7/3 for the warranty work. $244.16.I disputed 7/6. NR. Received due notice 7/14. Again...I disputed.
