They call and want you to do work for them but they don't pay their bills on time if ever. I have some invoices that are 80 days past due. I have sent in before and after photos, signed work order with ticket number and invoice with line item charges. Everything done as they have asked. I have been doing work for them for the past two years and it's been like this since day one. Always past due on paying bills if they ever do pay them. Our business has worked in the past with The Resicom Group, and had a somewhat decent experience. That was then, this is now- we did a small painting project for The Resicom Group, and had to submit our invoice several times before it was finally accepted by a Client Coordinator, rather than their invoicing system.Since then 10 months have passed, and we cannot reach anyone that we worked with last year- there were 3 different people that we dealt with and not one of them are still with the company.I cannot get anyone from the accounting department to return my phone calls, or any other Client Coordinator to return a call. I have repeatedly resubmitted my invoice, to no avail.This is a big company, and I feel they should treat their clients and vendors better.We will NOT be doing any more work for The Resicom Group in the future, that's for sure!Review from Scott T

As a company, we did work for Resicom and we have still not been paid. We were told it was a "net 45" which was fine but we are long past that time. We have attempted to contact them via phone and e-mail with no response at all. I highly discourage you to do business with them as they apparently want their work done for free. We have only worked a couple of times with The Resicom Group and that has been more than enough for us. We have to chase down every payment due us. This last time (and I mean the last time) that we did work for them the hoops to jump through were worse than ever and we have still not received payment since August 5, 2021 when we submitted our invoice. When we contacted our client coordinator at first she was somewhat helpful and eventually said she is not the ********************* and did not offer to help us reach anyone. When we contact the accounting department, we leave a message and do not get called back. This time the voice mail was full and we couldn't even leave a message. If we want to do volunteer work we will find a reputable cause of our choosing. Fed up!Review from Tim S

I have unpaid invoice more then 90 days. Concted to them - they ask talk to client coordinator , called to her she said " I am not working for them " .... Contacted 3rd time again they said wait manger will talk to you ... end up instead of manager i spoke with rude receptionist *******.... Bunch of clowns just
