      **** ****** in particular was is my ex case "manager" I use that term very lightly because he didn't manage ANYTHING. He has a direct complaint from my medical provider to the ****************. I had to get an injury lawyer just to get him to send a 4 word email to my doctor. My paychecks were always late by at least a week throwing all of my bills off because I had them set on a schedule. Then next job interview I have the first question is going to be Who do you go through for workers comp and insurance. If they say Gallagher basset. I'm walking away. I would advise you ALL to do the same. This is the WORST company to "take care of" your employees.

      It has been almost a year and they have not provided any response to my WC case in **. They had 90 days and nothing. They are hired by big companies to drag their feet and preserve bottom lines.

      I have a pending workers comp claim and havent received any information payment email or anything from them at all until I hired a lawyer to represent me. Its been literally 1 month and still nothing I had to get a lawyer 3 weeks into the accident and now they start sending me mail to ask about the injury and so on. Nurse calling me asking about the injury every few days but the claim adjuster wont answer my call emails or anything at all. Im paying copayments and using my personal insurance for doctor visits and yet they are supposed to be handling the insurance and paying me while out of work cant wait until the judge hear this mess

      Canceled insurance last July 2024 when truck was sold. They keep billing and will not cancel insurance. Now they are trying to bill us for the coming year. Would not recomend. Very upsetting.

      talked to a different person ever time no resolve on a refund what a joke never recommend them.never got a refund on the mistake !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      WORST Insurance company ever. Poor customer service and lack of communication. 1st call was like: "Hey ***, we are here to help you, whatever you need, let me know" which in reality turned into: "we are here to s**** you up". Gallagher Bassett and their affiliates "**********" will not help at all. They don't even read the package the doctor will send to request therapy. They asume based on speculations. They overpaid the attorneys, because my POC, ************* forgot to un check the box to stop the attorney fee to be withdrawn from my check. Pretty much, he told me to deal with the attorney, even if He screwed up. But the only screwed up is yourself as customer.STAY WAWY FROM THIS ********************** if you can. And if you get this same adjuster i had, CHANGE IT, he will not interact with you at all, just crickets .....They will ruin your life from day one.

Gallagher recently purchased a local brokerage firm in *******, **. I had all of my business and personal property, auto insurance with them and they now have all their employees working from home. The service is terrible, they don't get back to you timely and they actually allowed 2 of my polices expire and I had a claim during that period and didn't have coverage. They apologized but didn't do anything about it. I told them that I was going to move all of my insurance to another broker and then they sent invoices to all my carriers before renewal period and my mortgage company and lender paid them without notifying me. Gallagher is a slimy crooked company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My lenders will be getting reimbursed but a complete pain. If Gallagher purchases the insurance brokerage firm you use, Change as soon as possible. *********************** was one of the main culprits along with *********************** who allowed policies to lapse because she was on vacation. Gallagher has no oversight over their agents and are crooked on their business tactics.

      i give this company one star. i filed a complaint for my car two months ago. my car was rear ended by a trash truck and this is the company that covers the waste management company.it took forever to get in touch with my advisor. Once i finally got in touch with him, he has handled my case terribly.between not really knowing what exactly my car needed, (an estimate for repairs), to literally asking the repair shop for help with my claim, now i have sent 5 emails and he has responded to only one, to say he received it. I have called and he does not reply.My car needs to be repaired, I finally got an estimate and basically I simply need for this company to approve the estimate, send the check. and i never have to deal with this advisor and this company again.stay away from Gallagher.

      I have had a simple claim open with GB for months and no resolution has been made. The "Resolution Manager" in charge of the case has ignored ***** voicemails, his supervisor has ignored a handful more. Sporadic communication from GB gets us nowhere. This is a simple claim but they are making a career out of it. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

      My company started using this company for work comp last year. I filed a work comp in September cand they changed my claim adjuster without notifying me. I just got put out of work 2 almost 3 weeks ago so work comp is supposed to start paying me last week. I have not received anything so I keep trying to call my adjuster have left voice mails and can't get a call back have emailed and can't get a response. When I was supposed to start physical therapy it took 4 or 6 weeks for them to approve it which made my injury worse.
