      the Website DOES NOT state what time zone and it in fact was on an ************. You guys are delusional and do not want tk accept responsibility for your FALSE ADVERTISING. Funny how my one star review didnt get published on your website, looks like you only publish what you want. I need someone who will take my concern seriously to call me

      In response to your review, please note the following. For almost 20 years, we have had a business landline and several cell phones to best serve our customers; not all come with a caller ID function. When you called Saturday, you were routed to our corporate office in the ******* area. It was 4 pm here, hence the 2 pm guarantee did not apply. When we called back to set up an appointment for Sunday, you said the owners daughter of another company was coming out and that you did not need our services. We are not a suspicious and sketchy business. We have been a family-owned and operated business with thousands of five-star online reviews.
