      Do not use this company for your GPS needs! They will get you into a contract and not follow through on their side. Each person you talk with will tell you something different and/or send you to a different department for answers that never get answered. We eventually would only communicate with them through email to have a record of all our communications to refer back to. We finally resorted to buying out of our contract and asked repeatedly for an invoice to be emailed to us. They continued to "create a case" and assured us that while we waited for an invoice it wouldn't be sent to collections. They sent our account to collections. When we called them to figure out why it was sent to collections, they "created a case".

      BBB made me select a star rating to be able to post this. They should offer 0 stars! Do NOT call this company! Trusting them is a big mistake. They will make you sign a contract and if for any reason, the service doesnt work for you, they will try to collect a ridiculous amount of money to cancel. In our case, they wanted over $12,000.00. After proving to them that the service wasnt working for us, they agreed to lower it to $875.00 (still ridiculous) but just to get it over with, we agreed to it. This was 3 months ago. Were still getting calls to collect the $12K and being told that the $875.00 amount is under review. Stay away from Verizon Connect! Worst company ever!

      Absolute worst customer service !!!!Submitted a service ticket in December of 2023 that I'm still waiting for someone to assist me in resolving!

      Do not buy Verizon Connect. Stay away from this at all costs. We made the change to Verizon Connect due to the customer service and reliability of the service that was sold to us. Unfortunately, it was a complete lie in what they offer and you will be stuck in a contract no matter what service you have. From the start, we did not have all devices working properly or set up in the system. It took hours on the phone and over a couple months to finally get all the devices working properly. If you request to have them email you to respond to a support case, they will not. They will consistently call you and leave you messages throughout the day at random, even if you request them to schedule a call. They would even call us and leave messages about issues that were not what we had. After 6 months, we still have not been able to set up users on the account. We attempted to end the contract due to these issues and they said it would cost us $4000 to get out of it because they had resolved all the concerns. Yet after 6 months of a request, I still do not have a user set up and have received no response to that request. They do not know what is going on in their customer service because I would receive multiple messages from different people that did not all have the same information. Overall, I would stay clear of Verizon for any business if possible. They have never shown they can offer quality customer service and they will charge you for every month regardless if the service you are getting is what is in the contract. I will be leaving this contact once it is complete. I would recommend **************** if you want another possible option for your fleet gps needs.

      I purchased a tracker and they stated that I could track it anytime I wanted thats why I went with them when I got the product in the mail I could only track it at 4 AM when I called them they said that is how those are. I told them that they told me I could track it at any time And I told him it wouldnt work for me so they said return it so I returned it then they sent me to collections because they said I owed money when I return the product within two weeks of having it

      Cant leave zero or less stars or I would!It has to be the least user friendly ELD app out there. Constantly wrong! Doesnt do anything for itself!Been off 48 hours and still dont have my 34 hour reset!HUGE WASTE OF ************** away from this crappy joke of a ELD!!!!!

      Verizon Connect has not stood by the buy out amount as documented in an email from May 19 2023. It was requested a cancellation and clearly states that all units would cost $$$ for the early termination fee. My company has since received invoices for 300% more than stated. There is not direct line to contact anyone you previously spoke too, they do not reply to emails. This has been the worse customer service experience. Would never recommend them for anything.

      I have been trying to cancel my account for over a year and they keep giving me the runaround. Back in November of 2022 I requested a cancellation, the account manager told me I would need to pay to get out of my contract if I cancelled before October of 2023. I decided to process my cancellation effective for October 2023. I completed their process for cancellation. October came and went and they continued to take money from my account! When I contacted Verizon again, they told me that I would need to pay to get out of my contract since it renewed in October! I located all my cancellation correspondence from November of 2022 and forwarded it on to them per their request and they were going to refund my money that was taken after the renewal and cancel the account. As of December 2023, my account is not cancelled and they keep taking their monthly fee from my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are impossible to deal with.

      Use someone else. Where *** begin. The equipment is not good. Its constantly giving my driver issues and not working properly. My *** camera needed replaced. They mailed to a wrong address and customer service is OffShore meaning you do not speak with anyone in the US. I would have never ***e business with them had ai known this. They use US based sales team and then youre screwed afterwards. They do not understand the importance the *** plays in running a business regulated by FMCSA. I have lost an entire week is revenue that is much needed due to this. Ive called numerous times and Ive had constant email communication. They admitted sending the device to an incorrect address. Then stated it was resent and delivered to my address. I provided ring cam footage confirming no deliveries were made. Too much conflicting information and you have to sign a contract. I want out of this contract to move for and with a company whose customer service is based in the US with people who understand my companys needs.

      Wow. I wish I had viewed all of these before signing the contract back in January, but unfortunately, I am in the same boat as the customers below. We have been scammed. No other way to put it. We signed a contract under false pretenses and negligent misrepresentation of the product we were actually receiving, which basically turned out to be maybe half of what we thought we were getting, at the same price. This contract much of came with no customer service included, because thats what we got! N O T H ****** It took them nine months and about ***** different Verizon Connect employees for us to even get someone to respond to us about our account. None of the account managers did anything to help us even when we were TRYING to use what LITTLE equipment we were actually given after signing this disaster of a contract thats being held together with their ******' Kid Safe Glue and some twine. We never received all the equipment from the initial set up, our accounts never made it out of the initial set up, and we haven't even received a bill from them yet, after what is about to become 10 months.I am also gathering a legal counsel together to fight them on this contract - when I asked the ************ and "Team Leaders" who my legal team should contact...weird... Complete and utter radio silence. PLEASE - TAKE MINE AND OTHERS WARNINGS! LOOK ELSEWHERE! STAY AWAY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOU SIGNING THE CONTRACT- THEN YOU GO IN THE ***** WITH THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS THEY DID THIS TO. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR. THEY DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE ONE.
