    They sent me a laptop in the wrong color, with a broken brightness button. I owned it for less than 30 minutes before I filed for a refund and sent it back. They then procedded to open it up on their end, blame me for damage that didn't exist when I briefly owned it, and refuse to refund me. Instead they just sent the still broken laptop back.

    Customer had ordered ***********, which is in the Moonlight Blue color with silver interior finish. They returned the device stating they didn't like the color and the brightness button wasn't working. Upon our team receiving the device, there were immediate signs of improper disassembly which is against the return rules. Scratches and deep scuffs on the keyboard bezel, rubber rear pads missing, mismatched screws, broken interior plastic hooks that held the casing together, missing screws that caused parts inside to rattle around. This was all reported to the marketplace which had approved our rejection and the device was sent back.

    We are able to provide BBB pictures and proof of rejection for the device. Customer was sent everything they had ordered in flawless condition and returned it back damaged, thus the order was rejected.

    The device was inspected for cosmetic and functionality upon return. There were signs of improper disassembly that violated the return guidelines of the marketplace, and the item was sent back to the customer. 

    Signs of improper disassembly included: missing rubber rear pads (which must be removed in order to access the screws), heavy damage on the keyboard bezel (need proper tools to uncover the bottom case correctly and gently), plastic clips broken in the front of the keyboard bezel (when the bezel is not seperated carefully, the plastic hooks inside will break and leave a gap), missing SSD caddy s**** (causing it to rattle around), mismatched screws on the back. Pictures and video are available of the device.

    The device sent was in excellent condition with no cosmetic defects. There was no message from the customer that the device deviated from the cosmetic condition they purchased when they received it or sent it back. The marketplace had accepted the rejection of the device and it was sent back. Thank you for understanding.

    I purchased a refurbished **** Optiplex **** from Back Market who allows this vendor to sell on their platform as a "trusted" third party vendor for my son's birthday. Thankfully, when it arrived, ***** had broken the computer during delivery and we started the return process through Back Market. During the process of taking all necessary photos of the computer for them to start a claim with ***** for damaging the computer, we discovered that they'd sent the wrong wattage power cord with the computer, a 65w and the computer per specifications requires a 180w. Ok, no big deal, we were returning it anyway. But while I was taking photos of the broken computer I discovered that we had, in fact, received an older, outdated model Optiplex **** which isn't even available for purchase on back market. When confronted with this, nettradez told back market that they'd used the back cover of the Optiplex **** during the refurbishing of the **** that we bought and paid for. A simple ****** search uncovered the truth: these two different computers do not have interchangeable parts, the ports aren't even in the same location on both models. We are currently awaiting a refund, as they can't replace a computer that they never had to begin with. However, this is quite simply fraud what they've done. We bought and paid for the ****, were sent a busted ****, now they are going to file a claim for damages to ***** for a **** when that was never the computer they sent. These people are thieves and you should avoid doing business with them at all cost.

    This business stole from me. They purchased a laptop and then turned around to complain that they never received it. Tracking shows that they actually did receive it, and they now won't respond to any messages, emails or phone calls sent to them. They have caused damage, because more than the money they owe me, they have locked up my **** account as well. I'm not sure how this person stays in business without being able to answer the phone. I suppose honor and integrity aren't things that this man or this company believe in.
