  I took my vehicle in because it was shaking, rough idling, heavy white smoke coming from exhaust pipes and check engine light was on. *** bachrodt service advisers said after mechanic ran a diagnostic test it was determined that I needed to replace the ******** converter exhaust mid pipe and muffler, install exhaust gasket at converter and mid pipe torque to spec,service adviser said total cost would be $1200 after paying I drove off car lot premises my car started doing the same thing originally brought in to fix. Check engine light, rough idling and heavy white smoke coming from exhaust. Per service adviser car was towed back to dealership. After a couple of days service advisor said a diagnostic test was done, for A miss fire and to fix the problem, they would have to remove and replace ignition control, module and ignition coil assemble torque to spec after they repaired vehicle they cleared fault and test drove vehicle and verified no misfire and engine performance properly I paid $968.68 was reassured that the Problem Was fixed and that the engine and transmission is good.. after driving off grounds car started doing same ************ was taking back and I was told that the engine was no good. Service advisor said that he felt bad and said that the dealer ship would be willing to give me $2000 for my car as a down payment for a car from *** bachrodt. After I went to dealer ship to get my car the dealer refused to Honor the $2000 agreement and they can only give me $500. My car was at dealer ship and I was in the middle of signing when I was told that they could only do 500$ and they had my title. I dont recommend using this dealership for service.

  I visited the website looking for a specific car, the ** ID.4. They had an advertised dealer discount with a final price $10,000 lower than the original sales price. I made an appointment to purchase a specific car after confirming it was in stock. When I showed up, I was told that price was not the actual price they could give me. It was specific to lease vehicles, which was not listed anywhere, even in fine print on the website. I chose to walk out due to false advertisement, I will be purchasing the same vehicle from the dealership in **********, **. They were very up front about prices and discounts.

  If I could give no stars I would. Let me start out by saying they do not stand by their product. There is a a recall on my mothers car that's not been fixed yet and they refuse to stand by it and complete the recall because it was not done in a "timely manner" when she just started having the issues. After talking to the dealership service department (********) was supposed to be getting back with my mother about what steps should be taken she never did and instead just sent a text message for an appointment. This care is not safe to drive even when we get it running and the transportation department does not deem it safe. We get it brought over the night before the appointment after calling to question said appointment to be told we must pay for the diagnosis test that we agreed to do to get things going. We don't hear anything from them on the day of appointment until we reach out and were informed, they were not able to get to it. We call the next day and are still being told they cant tell us if it will even be looked at that day and that we can always come back and pick it up after we questioned them giving a loaner car and denied. Completely unacceptable service and after seeing the rating on BBB ***** should be ashamed to allow this dealership to represent them.

  This company is horrible. They put a used motor in my husband truck. They are thieves. They took money knowing that my husband was going to have all type of problems with his truck. Please if you read this, do not spend any money with them. It's a rip off.

  They are the worst service department the turnover in employees is ridiculous. I bought my car 6 plus years ago. Paid ****** and they have never fixed anything right. They just had my car in didn't fix it but said they did my warranty paid part but I still had to pay ****** for a wheel alliangment and they didn't even replace the control arm.

  We just purchased a used truck from them a week ago.The financial guy.Told us our warranty is free for 3 years(I replied) nothing is free did you add the cost and are not telling us?(He said) he wouldnt lie to us and he has it on cameraIm a nut shell he added over ***** to our loan!!!! Now he has denied it to my husband we both heard him lie to our faces!

  I took my car in for a gas tank repair on an insurance claim on February 2 and have yet to have car returned to me. The job was estimated at 7 hours of labor but is still not done. They keep giving me the run around and trying to add charges for things not related to the claim and then claiming to be waiting on the insurance company. The claim was paid out over a week ago. My car was supposed to be delivered back to me last Friday and then promised again today but I never heard back for them. Im am tired of dealing with the incompetent people who work at the dealerships VW service department and want my vehicle back. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealership and will definitely be the last time I ever have any work done there.

  Quoted me $465 for diagnosis only. Same repair was diagnosed and repaired for $60 at a different business. Do not have your vehicle serviced here.
