    Peak Medical Home Care provides in-home care for individuals suffering from a variety of ailments, allowing them to maintain independence and autonomy outside of a nursing home. They offer in-home care for individuals including psychiatric issues, those recovering from illnesses, surgery rehabilitation, mobility limitations, dementia and Alzheimer's, and palliative care needs. They have staff who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to coordinate care and offer emergency support. Services include simple check-in visits, to full end-of-life care, as well as other services such as medication management, mobility assistance, bedside attendance, and medication box refills.
