- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We offer a 45-day trial periods on all hearing aids dispensed. They may be returned for refund/exchange within this 45-day period. Refunds are generally completed within 3-5 weeks from the date the product was returned. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If the payment was made by cash, check, or money order, we will issue a refund check. Dispensing fees are not refunded. Custom made earmolds are not refundable. For all custom made in-the-ear hearing aids, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit per aid if they are returned for credit/refund.
