They towed my vehicle illegally, also damaged my car, and made me pay to get it back. Unprofessional, negligence, and unethical practice.Business response

we allowed you to come in out yard to
show us your visitor pass You showed
our staff it was clearly under a brouchere on your dash board I advised you you failed to follow the policy rules for that complex You walked around your car before you paid .You proceeded and paid called
our company later that night demanding your refund for tow Or you
would proceed in court with damages on your car Your car had damages all over it not from our company The tow
was a legal tow Therefore I cannot give you a rufund Management team

My car was towed from my grandmother house in ****** by SMJ TOWING they clam its due to my sticker on my license plate being a month old. My issue is why does that matter to them because I dont even live there I came there for 10 mins to check on my grandmother. So now theyre charging me to get my car out this company needs better workers and need to pay attention to what they do because this makes no senseBusiness response

Condo Association doesnt allow cars with expired plates in there visitor parking area etc. It a immediate tow.

3/16/23 Spoke with HOA of condominium complex to find out parking rules and regulations. No parking after 11 pm. Went to move my truck at 11pm to find it no longer parked in the spot where I parked. Contacted the police department and tow company. Report was taken and documented and tow company would not return my truck that was towed before the parking restriction was in place. *********** also altered the time of the tow sheet. Still charged me $218 to get it released.Customer response
