    My car was illegally towed from my property. I called and asked about why it was towed, It had to do with the permit-which we do not have at the property. They did not specify what type of permit but kept asking where was it in my car. I made it a point to say you’re not going through my car. The staff was less than professional. The girl felt the need to belittle me on the phone and started raising her voice at me about the situation which caused me to get upset. As someone with PTSD, this is not good. She replied that no one said anything about going through my car; however, how are you going to find what you need? She made a dig at me saying “Well, you’re the one that has to pay $250.00.” By the time she put some other employee on the phone, I was none too pleased and I did not want to have a friendly conversation because my car was towed from my private residence where I’ve lived for two years. The only thing he kept reiterating was that I didn’t have a permit-but there’s no parking permit here. Either way, I am forced to pay a tow fee because your employees get bored at night and decide to tow vehicles from a private residence. It does not help that you have to call to deal with this and they are not professional. Therefore, it won’t help me calm down during the situation. I would love a refund. I will continue to complain.
