    I booked this hotel while taking classes in Quincy with the advertising of a pool and free hot breakfast. Upon returning the evening of 21st (check in date) I find out there's no pool opened and I was never informed prior. I ASK TO SPEAK to manager, and am told she's gone all weekend, I ask to speak to anyone in charge, get told the same thing. I ask for a refund so I can go elsewhere with my family and am told they cannot do that I'd have to wait until Monday. Saturday morning we then find out there's zero breakfast- not even a muffin tray, no cereal, nothing. So I'm then forced to pay for that as well. My family and I ended up leaving a day early. On Monday morning I made initial complaint requesting a refund based on false advertising. As I will show I've gone back and forth with these people, submitted all documents and have yet to get anything done. Also 2 days after I make complaint I get another charge of $51.31 of which no one can seem to tell me why- I am absolutely FURIOUS

    This was the grossest hotel I have ever entered, bar none. Uninhabitable. Stains on the bedding. Putrid smells. You can find more details on Yelp (from me and others claiming bedbugs and other horrors).We had two rooms reserved; one directly, one through Expedia. The attendant said he'd refund the direct reservation right away, but had to go through Expedia to initiate a claim to refund the other room. When Expedia called the hotel, they elected not to ***** a refund. When we checked the status of the direct billing it had not been refunded after five days.They are perpetuating fraud by using third-party sites with photos that don't accurately portray the conditions of the hotel and (I suspect) are paying for five-star reviews to offset the horror stories from real travelers. Their business model is "flypaper"; they catch a sucker and hold onto their money at all cost. Public should be warned, and third-party sites (expedia, etc.) should be encouraged not to do business with them. They should also be closely examined by the health department for their deplorable conditions.
