    Company refusal to complete paid services/provide refund, and poor customer service. I have been a customer for several years and previously had no issues with their service. However, recent changes in their protocol have raised concerns. The company now requires prepayment via *****, which deviates from their past practices. Additionally, the Zelle account is under a different name, causing legitimacy concerns. On August 18, 2025, I paid $50 through Zelle for cleaning three trash bins, as instructed to leave them at the curb following my trash day on August 19, 2025. Unfortunately, my son inadvertently brought the bins inside, and they were not available when the company came to perform the service. There was no attempt to contact us at the time via call, text, or knocking on the door. The owner later texted me about the absence of bins, after leaving, and I immediately explained the situation and requested a reschedule. The owners response was terse, refusing to provide clarity on rescheduling. He demanded a $15 fee for a second trip, which I understood was necessary, but insisted on upfront payment without committing to a new service date. Uncomfortable with prepaying further without a confirmed schedule, I requested a refund, offering to cover any costs incurred from the first trip. Nowhere in their communication does it state that I would forfeit the entire prepaid amount if I canceled the service. The owner declined to issue any refund, stating that it was not his obligation. He continued to send dismissive texts, claiming indifference to negative reviews and diminishing my concerns by suggesting my feedback would not affect his successful business.This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, leaving me without the service I paid for and without a pathway to resolve the situation amicably. I am seeking the Better Business Bureaus assistance to address these issues and ensure ECO Trash Bin Clean operates fairly and with respect for its customers.
