My car was parked in a fire lane (a mistake I fully acknowledge), but what happened next was shocking. An employee from this company illegally booted my car while a passenger was clearly sitting in the front seat. The driver admitted his error, stating that he wouldn't have placed the boot if he had noticed the person inside. The fact is, booting an occupied vehicle is illegal and against their policy. The passenger was highly visible even the police officer who responded confirmed he could see the person from 50 feet away!Despite the police officer repeatedly pointing out the driver's mistake and asking whose responsibility it was to check, the driver refused to acknowledge his error. He kept trying to deflect the issue by repeating the fact that I was parked illegally, which was completely irrelevant to his illegal action of booting an occupied car. After admitting his mistake, the driver should have immediately removed the boot for free. Instead, he demanded the full fee of $240. I was essentially coerced into negotiating a resolution just to get the boot off, and I ended up paying $120 for a device that was illegally placed on my vehicle. This is not only poor customer service, it's extortion. They illegally detained my vehicle and forced payment for the removal of a device that should have never been there. ***** this company at all costs. The core issue is not the initial parking violation, but the subsequent illegal actions of the tow company's employee:Illegal Immobilization: The driver illegally immobilized an occupied vehicle, an action he admitted was contrary to company practice/law.Extortionate Fee Demand: After committing an admitted mistake that rendered the immobilization void and illegal, the driver demanded a substantial fee to correct his error. This constitutes unauthorized fee collection and coercion. The boot should have been removed immediately and free of charge upon discovery of the vehicle's occupation.

Just had my car parked and towed out off future resident parking and I just moved in. Was told I needed a permit to be a future resident when I have a lease and just got my keys to my apartment. Can clearly see this is a scam towing company with a grade of F and unaccredited by the BBB.
