      ********************,

Your allegations of fraudulent charges are not accurate and are a blatant misrepresentation. If you have publicly posted any falsification of TTLC ****'s business practices, TTLC **** requests that you remove it immediately to avoid any further action from TTLC ****'s legal department.

TTLC **** complies with all applicable laws and governing regulations in our industry. TTLC **** replaced your roof due to storm restoration, and you paid $6,848.94. TTLC **** agreed to work with your insurance company to determine the scope and price of repairs and agreed to replace your roof for $10,283.28 plus $75/sheet of plywood necessary after the tear-off of the roof. See the replacement cost value on the attached Allstate estimate.

You are responsible for an additional $450 for plywood that was replaced on the property at $75 per sheet for six sheets of plywood that you were informed your insurance company would not cover but may have to be replaced once we remove the roof and underlayment from the roof deck. See the attached proposal and photos of completion.

In the same document, you were notified that a 2% late charge would be applied. Your roof was completed in 4/2022; it is now January ****, and you have not paid your balance. The fees that accrued and continue to accrue until your balance is paid in full. If TTLC **** files a lawsuit against you, additional costs and fees will be awarded to the prevailing party.

If you claim your insurance company has not released all funds, we suggest you contact them as that conflicts with the information we have on file.

I am a licensed attorney in the state of ********, and should you elect to hire an attorney, please provide us with your attorneys contact information by email at *******************************

New roof filed in March 2023 Paid $13,000 50%Many issues -I have dealt with five different people from the company and I am not allowed to talk to the first four people that I dealt with! They are the ones that made the promises that told me my drip edge was being done at no cost because of leaks to my roof after it had been done and I get a credit for sign and reviews! Gutters were installed after I informed them I was not using them and did not want them on my property! They are not willing to pay damages from the roof install! They are not willing to give me a line by line invoice, showing what is being paid, and what any credits are for! The first guy promised me the world that they took him off my case! The second guy apologized and said they would fix my bedroom ceiling that had been leaking water and said they were doing a drip edge on my home at no charge courtesy because of all the issues I had! Dealing with the owner, he said he would come and go line by line with me and explain credits, etc.! He said he was doing my gutters whether he got paid or not because Im a duplex, and its connected! My insurance company, the city inspector, and the employees at Ttlc know that I was not using them for the gutters and didnt want it done! Theres additional damage from the gutters being done! *** asked for a copy of a contract about the gutters and was told theyre not doing anything else and theyre gonna put a lien on my house. Its going to cost $700! I dont like being bullied and I would like to resolve this. I dont want to pay part for this and have them still come at me. Were $3000 apart right now! I owe $14000 My roof was done almost two weeks before they came back with the drip ****! They knew the city inspector was coming, and showed up at 8 AM on a Saturday morning in the rain to do it! They are threatening me with everything now, and I would just like some help getting this resolved! so many more details, if you need them! Thank you!

      ************,
Regardless of any settlement on your account, we stand behind the work we completed on your property and the workmanship of our work. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out, as we are a local contractor committed to supporting our community. We comply with all local rules and regulations in our industry and do not provide any rebate to homeowners.
We did not receive full compensation for the work completed and have settled this account with you.
While we can not predict the weather, the water damage to your ceiling was fixed at our cost and in a timely manner. The scratch on your 15-year-old patio door was a point of contention, and we could not identify it or any possible way that your patio door could have been scratched.
We replaced your rotting chimney board, which was not paid for by you or your insurance. We replaced your gutters and all your downspouts that you or your insurance did not pay. We did not get paid for the permit cost and all the materials and components used on your roof, as you did not pay for that or allow us to work with your insurance for reimbursement.
We physically dropped off a paper copy of the cost of our estimate to your property as you preferred written documentation rather than an email. We offered to meet you and go over it line by line, but you did not meet with our representatives when they came, and only after the account was escalated to our legal department did you offer a time to meet.
Furthermore, you withheld payment for the work to strong-arm us into accepting a settlement for even less after all the work that was completed on your property that you did not pay for or allow us to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
