    1) 10/3/22 Walked in for free orthodontics consultation. All Smiles Orthodontics ********************************************************************. Writer given options possible cost of brace and specific type after office did X-ray. Gave them dental insurance info, dentist introduced himself, did not look at my mouth and said if I have questions with payment manager will speak to me. Manager ******* came and asked me for initial $250 payment upfront. Payment plan was established total cost $4238, with $121.22 monthly over course of 23 months if I would pursue with Clear brace selected. F/u was set, and I cancelled because I could not get appointment from my regular dentist sooner for clearance and hold future appointments. Finally saw my dentist and confirmed the abscess and waited for insurance approval before treatment. 2). 10/31/22 my dentist did entire work up on my front teeth. All work would make up the misalignment. I called the office to let know Im not able to set future appointments and because my dentist treated me for the abscess and did work up on my teeth, and pointed that brace is not needed. I asked the possibility to get refunded for $250 down payment made. ***** the receptionist said , the cost of paperwork is $600 , she will have manager ****** call me. No calls from their office. 3) 11/1/22 Received bill. Frequent call to All smiles, no one picks up, messages left. 12/28/22 spoke to ***** said office close till 1/5/23 4) 2/9/.23 spoke to ***** from Allsmiles, have ****** manager call me , given the new and old number. No call back at all. Im billed $604.88 6) Per signed doctor patient Agreement 10/3/22, General dental care is complete responsibility of regular dentist and I , because of the work I went through, never cleared for braces and therefore not needing one anymore per ***************, **********************. I have shared them this info but still gets billed for brace I never got. Hope to get $250 initial payment back.
