BEWARE OF SHEISTY BUSINESS PRACTICES! We DID NOT request services! They treated our yard & left a $125.74 bill describing the services performed without our consent!They DID NOT cultivate a business relationship with us! Only contact was over a month ago by phone and my Husband refused their proposed lawn treatment. They expect you to pay because service was rendered, just to lock you into an agreement! They are OBVIOUSLY DESPERATE for any money they can get out of you!

Our yard was in need of professional help. We knew our next door neighbor was using Tee Time Lawn Care. The office personnel has been pleasant and professional. The technician arrives as promised and leaves a copy of the work that was performed. We also receive an email of the days activities. The appearance of the backyard has greatly improved. The front yard which was in worse condition still needs some help.

I am so sorry for choosing this company for my lawn care. Of course, I canceled my services. I am not even sure whether I received all treatments for which I paid. I have the feeling that this is not an ethical company. Most of the time, the technician would not even leave paperwork at my door to describe what has been done. The lady in the office argued with me that there is sometimes wind (???). (After I canceled my services, they put the paperwork in a little plastic bag and wrapped around the door handle. See, it can be done.) I am not sure what kind of product they use and whether they are using it consistently everywhere in my yard either. My yard is not doing well. I suspect that there is some degree of economizing on the chemicals for some customers going on. At least three times in 2021 I had to call the office to correct billing mistakes, even though I paid for the year. They do not know what the others are doing at this company. I just called the office and I guess that the lady was angry with me because of my calls. She condescendingly asks me about my phone number and after I told her, she says "****** ...., right?" and quotes a totally different phone number to me. Do they go with phone numbers? Did some other guy receive some of my services? What a waste of money!

Employee who answered telephone was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. Employee doing lawn application trespassed on to neighboring property they were not servicing spreading toxic chemicals that cause cancer.

I live in **********. This company serviced my lawn on 03/01/2021 and has not been back since. I called last week and was told that I was not even on the schedule and that they would add me. Over a week later still not on the schedule. I should be coming up on service number 4 by now following last years schedule posted on their website that they applied last year to my lawn. I cancelled my service. Poor customer service all around. Will never use them again. My lawn looks terrible. Wish i would have kept the company before.

Excellent lawn care: organic ( align with caring for ************), prompt and only needed service through consultation.I highly recommend...based on two years experience. They brought back natural life to my over sized yard.
