This company works very hard to maintain a positive social presence ; however they are ot to be trusted, provide poor quality product and have very poor customer service. See below for details. 1. Poor Quality: Delivered cabinets were NOT the same quality displayed in the showroom. 60+% of delivered cabinets were damaged. Remainder were of terrible quality (soft wood, wonky drawers , mismatched paint, interior configuration not as promised etc etc.). * We decided to work with ***** / cabinet tree studio due to 100% wood quality construction promise and positive social media reviews. ITS ALL A SHAM. What we received is wood quality worst than typical MDF cabinets. * The wood is so soft that the screws dont stay fastened into the wood. The face of the cabinets ripped off as we attempted to remove installed cabinets to move them around. The back of lazy ***** cabinets are coming off. Cabinet construction is held by low quality plywood, staples and glue that started wearing while our licensed contractor attempted to install * Seeing the horrible quality ; we wanted to cancel our contract. However, Cabinet tree gave us no out ; throwing the legal language in our face. However, the manufacturer was willing to refund after the issued was raised to them. However, cabinet tree said they wont agree to it because it was a conversation between Manufacturer and customer, however the conversation happened because Cabinet tree ask the manufacturer to contact us. 2.Poor ***************** There is no empathy for their customers and the stress one goes through due to never ending delays in project. * After 2 rounds of defective product delivery and almost doubled labor cost - *** with Cabinet Tree has no empathy for its customers. Requests for financial adjustments to make up for the loss/ stress our family endured for 4+ months fell on deaf ears. He offered a minimal ******************* of legal action.
