    I am writing to formally request an investigation into the billing practices of ************************************** Plainfield." Based on my recent experience, I have serious concerns that this establishment may be engaging in fraudulent billing activities.Specifically, I was charged for unnecessary services during a routine annual cleaningservices that were neither requested nor covered by my dental insurance. I was not informed of these charges until I received a bill. Additionally, attempts to address these billing issues have been met with unresponsiveness and evasiveness. The staff was unable to provide any contact information for their corporate billing department, and despite acknowledging their error, they still reported the charges to a collection agency.Given the potential for similar experiences among other patients, I believe an investigation by the BBB is warranted to ensure that ************************************** Plainfield" is held accountable and that other consumers are protected from possible unethical billing practices.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

    Received a statement in September 2022 for a bill in 2021 that was not processed by insurance. On multiple occasions I have provided the insurers information and their instruction for processing. I was led to believe the office was handling it and didnt receive any statement of the outstanding amount from October 2022 to July 2023. In August I received a new statement and reached out again to the office manager and the insurance and was assured they would submit and follow up. However I continue to receive a statement balance for the full amount and i cannot get a response by email or phone. I will not pay the full amount when I had insurance at this time. I need someone to call me back and inform me of the progress towards submitting to insurance for processing or writing off the amount. I have tried calling multiple times, and there is always no answer and I am forced to talk to the answering service who cannot help me. There is no option to leave a voicemail.
