    I have nothing but regrets in taking my business to Window World and truly wish I would have taken my hard earned and long saved money elsewhere.
    The estimate/proposal process was painful, inaccurate, and took me escalating the process to the St. Louis office to get an accurate final proposal (the original was a couple thousand dollars cheaper which would have left me with a very unpleasant surprise hike at some point after commitment). From there, nothing about the process improved. The windows arrived a little earlier than expected, but 1/2 of them were incorrect and had to be remanufactured. The original installer’s workmanship was unbelievably and embarrassingly poor. He unnecessarily destroyed parts of my new landscaping, left debris everywhere, left windows bowed and inoperable, etc. He was argumentative to the point of eventually cussing me saying “If you can do better, do it yourself!! I’m f***ing out!” to which I responded by telling him to pack his tools and leave and then called the office to report the interaction. Despite the remaining installation getting escalated to supervision and a best-of-the-best installer, every single “finished” window has been installed off-center, out of plumb, and/or out of level, are drafty (our blackout shades move inward and outward as we are trying to sleep), many exterior caulk seams are gappy or are missing altogether… The unsatisfactory list goes on and on.
    From start to finish, this has been a lengthy and terrible experience spanning months, numerous phone calls, texts, and emails. In the end, we are left with a “brand new” product that is far worse than the 80-year-old windows they replaced. As stated at the beginning of the review, I wish it were possible to go back and never have done business with Window World to begin with. The “lowest price” is certainly reflected by the lowest quality.

    Window World made the whole process quick and painless. The quote was straightforward, the windows came in 2-3 weeks BEFORE they were expected and the team they sent to install was great. They got all the windows installed quickly, cleaned up inside and out before leaving and had me inspect the work before I signed off on the project. I am very satisfied with my new windows!
