5 starsWE.ARE.OVER.THE.MOON.IN.LOVE.WITH.OUR.NEW.WINDOWS.BY.RENEWAL! Chad K****** was our initial store contact. He was direct, informative and knowledgeable! Chad pretty quickly "sold us" on your product! He later came to our home with Matt M**** and sealed the deal! They went into every room and listened, then advised us on the best options FOR US. We appreciated how detail oriented they were! Matt has been available for any questions we've had along the way! He's a gem and a good communicator! On Saturday, our project was done! Aaron M**** and his son, Brayden, were our installers. AARON WAS EXCELLENT! He does such stellar work, artistic even! I soooooo want him to get a raise or bonus or "something"!!! We realize the job is all about TEAM EFFORT and THIS GROUP has "made us happy" and SATISFIED! Even Christie and Mollie at the ****** office have been so kind, patient and helpful. We are truly grateful for this product and your service! YES! WE will be recommending Andersen Renewal to our friends and family! 10s for EVERYONE! And this is NO EXAGGERATION! My hubby will be paying G******* today. One further comment...everything is "rosy" right now. But in the future, if we have any problems, I hope your company will stand by your warranty and "be there" if we need you. To me, THIS is about the INTEGRITY of the company. It's easy when things are going well, but to be there when there are problems or issues speaks VOLUMES! We don't forsee problems...this product seems SOLID! 1 starAvoid this company. My husband and I went with Renewal by Andersen thinking, "you get what you pay for". It has been the worst experience we have had with any contractor we have ever worked with.
We had water coming into our garage ceiling and were told that we needed to replace the window above it. So we had renewal do just that. We told them we had a leak and need to make sure that any rotting around the window would be taken care of. They assured us that would be apart of the process. They came out- replaced the window and it looked great. We were happy with the job. Only problem was, 2 weeks later we still had leaking into our garage. Strange. So we continued on and were told we need to get a new roof, that could be the problem. So we went ahead and got a new roof. Well, it was quite interesting that we came home to the roofers taking some of the siding off of the house and noticing that there was rotten wood bigger then your hand right underneath the window that was just replaced by Renewal. We were SO disappointed.
Renewal sent a contractor and it was a TERRIBLE experience the second time around. The guy did not know where the rotting wood was. Was told to just "do the best he could". Didn't want to hear anything we said or asked. He wanted to spray foam over the rotting wood in areas instead of replace it and do it the correct way. He was there 8+ hours and did a terrible job with caulking. He got caulk all over our new screen on our window. Our window was scratched. He also ruined shingles on our new roof we just had replaced. The men at ******* ******* were so kind to replace them and re shingle for free. And the contractor left without saying anything. So unprofessional.
To top it all off, we now have someone coming out for a THIRD time to fix all of the issues with the window. My greatest complaint is something so simple. Not one person apologized to us. Truly that would have meant so much to us. We will never use them again, what a disaster!Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois

5 starsCody and Jesse did a superb job. We had four door replacements, one being the sliding patio doors. They did the job in an organized fashion, they were very neat, quick and kept everything clean. Very cordial, friendly and mannerly young men. The support teams proactively followed up with us to keep us informed and prepared for the installation.
