      Due to 1 doctor and his staff, my experience with Illinois Cancer care has been way less than acceptable. They delayed my husband's treatments multiple times, and finally after almost 2 months post op, he finally got to start. The staff was awful to us. It was so bad that I stormed out of their office and immediately called their compliance office. They lied to the compliance person, even after they told her everything was set for him to start, he was delayed again because of their incompetence. The compliance office realized that she allowed us to switch doctors. We were told by all of his doctors how important it was to start treatment ASAP, but because both the doctor and his staff were to lazy to do paperwork and send the necessary referrals, it was 2 months before he even started treated for a very aggressive cancer
