            10-18-22 Service date. New dentures from Aspen dental. I have insurance that covered my dentures and visit 100%. I had to pay $779.80 upfront and was told i would be reimbursed after insurance pays. Insurance paid on 05-30-23. After they continually billed the wrong insurance. My insurance company and i got them paid so i could get my refund. They have given numerous excuses why they haven’t refunded me yet. They admitted i am due a refund. This nightmare has been going on since last October. They clearly have their money paid in full and know i’m due to be refunded mine. Still no refund as of 08-01-23. I do have all the proper documents to verify i paid and insurance has paid in full.

            Very disappointed at the way you company does business I had a treatment plan and we had some scheduling and billing problems I was waiting to make an appointment next thing I get is a call from a collection agency I came in to find why they said I never paid my bill they had admitted I never was contacted or emailed giving a chance to fix the problem I tried to pay it and continue my treatment plan and they refused to work with me now I have a hole in my mouth and nothing I'm beyond disappointed in Aspen dental
