My problems started when this business was approved by my insurance company sometime in June or July to do some work on my heating system. Some parts was not approved such as the Dual Zone Damper which I agreed and did pay for . I was told by the owner that he couldn't get to me right away due to the all the air conditioning jobs he had. I agreed to wait . After waiting more than a month when we called the insurance company they were furious that the work hadn't been done that was approved months prior. Well Mr. Chris hired Dave to come and do the work , which he fired him a couple of days after . Now Chris was here doing the work , complaining Dave did everything wrong and he would have to do it all over !! Meanwhile charging for more hours. Long story short Mr. Chris left my house after being paid $767 approx. ,said he need to order bleeder or feeder valves and has not returned . That was over 3-4 weeks ago. I have called ,text , left messages . This morning around 1 am I called from my fiance' phone since we seen on the website it said open 24hrs and he had stop answering my phone number. He answered mad as h***. Not as mad as I was that he didn't wire the dual zone separately and left it propped open!! Either thermostat is operating the other and sometimes not heating up!! Let alone me and the grands freezing upstairs because the heat wouldn't come on. He said to call him later on in the day, which I did but no answer left a voicemail like I have done so often in the past as well as text messages. Now I am left to hire someone else to rewire the damper zones correctly, get air out of the lines, fix the pump that is leaking all while he has my $767.I am disabled ! To get my money and never come back to finish what you started and make sure the job is finished and properly done after leaving and never returning or answering phone calls, text, and voice mails saying you would return after waiting/ordering a part is bad business!! Incorrectly wiring/fixing my dual system .
