After speaking to my insurance company because of busted frozen water pipe damage, I called ServePro Jan. 16 for clean-up/restoration and met with ****, project manager to begin process. I completed forms on his iPad and asked for a printed copy and he informed me that the company would email me the forms. I have yet to receive a hard copy of those forms for the work! The clean-up team came in the following day and began to set up equipment and remove water. They completed their service by Jan. 23, 2024. I, along with my insurance company have been trying to get an invoice from ServePro so that the insurance company can pay out the claim to allow the necessary repairs for the damage. The insurance adjuster and myself have called multiple times within the course of over a week and a half and no closer to getting an invoice. I left a vm with the project manager and asked the receptionist to have the general manager call me but no response. Their delay in over a week and half in producing an invoice, has prevented me from scheduling and getting the necessary repairs in making my basement functional again for my family's use. I am requesting your assistance in securing the documents I was promised upon signing documents on project manager's iPad and the final invoice for insurance. Thank you in advance.
