              I never signed up for this prescription drug program. I get my scripts provided through the ****** Health Services. This company has been mailing me letters for at least 3 years and I've thrown them away. Now they are billing me. I called and asked them to remove me and they said they can't without giving them my personal information, which I refused to. I told them, had I signed up for this, they should have my personal info already. They transferred me to a supervisor (sounded like the same person) and he also asked for my personal info. I wonder how many people would just send them money not knowing, because the bill looks legitimate.Thank you,*********************

              I work at the writing agents office as an account manager for our client who had a policy with Clear Spring. Our entire experience with our client accessing their own money has been horrible! I have been given different information from each representative I have talked to and have been made promises that have been unable to be kept. The company does not understand its processes, cannot give reliable dates of processing or payment, and management has no interest in fixing any issue that has come up. I have tried to find a resolution for the payment owed on more than 10 occasions and each time I was told a different story. I have been promised a call back from a supervisor for over a month now. I do not believe anyone is going to call me back at this point. We will no longer do business with this company and I wouldn't suggest anyone to trust their, or their clients money here. There are many incredible carriers to choose from. This is not one of them!
