      Very Poor Quality Checks I ordered "safety" checks. There is no watermark on these, and they are the thinnest paper ever. 1/3 of my box is bent on the lower corners. I called customer service and was told that if I want a refund, "it is their company standard" that I need to pay for return shipping. Why on earth would I want to pay additional funds for poor quality merchandise. They should support their checks enough to take them back. Obviously, they don't care about long term customers, they want to sell poor quality products. They said they would have a manger call me, but nothing so far. Very disappointed.

      They cancelled my order but didn't bother to let me know because couldn't confirm a bank account I've held for 8 years.

      Scam, stay away. Already contacted the credit card company, my bank and went to the DA's office. Besides the overcharging and bait and switch others have faced, this company has people sending emails asking for bank statements and driver's license info which could only be used for illegal purposes. That's why they, literally, won't speak to you when they find out what you called for/notice the number after you told them no. They don't know it, but someone from the ************************** called today to check and had the same thing happened. Now they're investigation. Stay away from this company. Contact your bank and whatever institution you used to pay (and charge back for fraud).

      Handling charge $23.94 showed up after ordering. I did not ask for fraud protection of *****. My order should have been $60.16 , not $100.06.

      Hello Thank you for reaching out!We were unable to verify the business for the check order associated with either of the ordering parties. Due to the financial nature of the items that we sell we do independently attempt to verify the account ownership to the ordering party. When this is not achieved we do cancel and refund the order, furthermore when we are not able to association the business with the party who placed the order we do not advise of the cancellation. While we understand your frustration the security associated with ordering financial documents requires unique approach to the verification process.

      I ordered checks for a friend 10 days ago from Carousel Checks. I paid extra for "plant rush" and extra for 2 -day air delivery. I wrote the company by email five days ago to inquire about the status of the order. I received no response. Tonight I went into carousel,com to check the status of the order. It now shows as "void" and my charge has been reversed. This was done with absolutely no communication by Carousel. You should be careful to order from Carousel or any of its many affiliated sites. Service is non-existent. I've lost ********************************************************************* the past.

      Hello Our apologies for your experience!You mentioned your ordered for a friend, the unique nature of check orders requires a higher level of review and scrutiny for orders received. If we are unable to verify that an order was placed by the appropriate account holder it may be necessary to refund and cancel the order. In these circumstances it may also mean that notification to the ordering party would not be made.It would be our recommendation that orders be placed by, paid by, and shipped to the account holder and not a 3rd party. This will ensure that there are few questions regarding the validity of the order received.

      I ordered checks on Tuesday September 27, 2022. I paid for two day shipping, protection; ended up paying $35 abd have not received my checks. I can not find a link for tracking. Now I gave to find a way to order checks that will arrive before the 5th of October. This is a sham. ************

      BEWARE I ordered checks from Carousel Checks. Order #CARO-17755-1847. They advertised 1 book of checks for *****. They covertly added **** for EZ Shield Fraud- $10.49 for shipping (absurd) and then a $3.60 handling fee for a total of $30.56. FOR ONE BOOK OF CHECKS advertised for 1/2 that amount. How do you spell BAIT AND SWITCH. BEWARE of Carousel Checks

      I went to reorder my checks from the Bradford ******** and realized to late that this web site came up instead. Was NOT what I logged on to. Then they checked me out before I seen the outrages prices, they charged me. Want to cancel my order.

      SHIPPING COSTS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, $70+ for next day shipping ? When I can next day air through **** for $25 . ON TOP OF THAT , they take extremely long to print the **** checks , so the shipping time doesnt count until after the order has been fulfilled, NOT after the orders been placed I love that they let you use their check printing software before you have to pay but it definitely comes w a downside They ask you if want EZshield , you select NO , they add it to your cart anyways I notice the live comments on the website are clearly fake , everytime you log in theres the same fake comment bar at the bottom of the pages saying someone left a review **** hours ago .. never days ago always hours ago of course I ignore that and still order from the site , no one really to blame but myself , I check order status still havent gotten an email back regarding my order Its been about a month since original order date .
