5 stars**** was very helpful. He offered options to maximize value. Pricing is very competitive and straight forward. No nonsense. The windows appear to be good quality, time will tell. Very satisfied with our new windows and patio doors. Installation was excellent and they did a good job cleaning up. And no high pressure sales tactics! The city building department inspectors gave the windows and installation high praise also and they've seen a lot of window installations! **********************
