      bought a teak set of outdoor furniture color went off completely looks after 1 year like 30 year old furniture i tried the company and they say complaints only within 48 hours of delivery

      They sent me a defective console table that was also falsely advertised in color and then refused to take the item back and refund me.

      Do not order from this company! I had been searching for a particular end table that was not in stock at the stores I usually shop. I was so thrilled to find it at an even lower price, I immediately ordered it. My card was charged and I received an email confirmation. Over the last 4 weeks, I have written and called numerous times regarding the status of my item. NOT once has English Elm initiated communication with me. My call was never returned as the recording indicated. Two weeks ago I was told the table was in stock and it would take 3-5 days to prepare for shipping. After 7 business days, I contacted again and after messages back and forth, I was advised they were backlogged and short staffed and would get back to me on shipping. I canceled my order yesterday and I did get a confirmation of that today along with the note that it was not in stock. I will be checking daily to be sure my charge card is refunded. I saw glowing reviews on TrustPilot (on their website), but I am still kicking myself for not checking with BBB before placing this order!

      SCAM ALERT - 5 negative stars! This place is a scam. Ordered a couch, received confirmation and an email stating it was in stock. Fast foward 3 weeks later- they do not respond to any phone calls or emails. Now I have to try to get the credit card company to reverse the charges. I looked on ****** maps at their two locations and they aren't there- no store- no signage, nothing. SCAM

      I discovered this website by accident. the first time i ordered from them i ordered a comforter set very popular at major websites like macys,com, kohls.com, bedbathbeyond,com. and others at a much higher price. when i discovered this website i purchased the leopard print comforter set for ***** . CHIC HOME Wild Cheeta Quilt Set - Brown - ********** ********* leopard print. on the first order i received it at that price. it took a few weeks for me to receive it. That is why i thought it was a ghost website. once I received it i was at ease and went on to purchase two additional ones at that price. They canceled my order for no reason. the item still shows that price of ***** initially, but they raised it to *****. the second order i placed they canceled it. i ordered for them for a third time at a higher price of *****. even though the price is higher, i still reordered because they did not charge me tax and in other websites it is more expensive and charge tax

      Zero stars!!!!! Terrible company. I placed an order for 2 chairs in which the order was confirmed and paid for. The following day I received an email that my order was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances ". To make a long story short the chairs were available to purchase that day but they literally raised the price $20 more on each chair. Total Scam!!!

      Awful customer service. I sent pictures and correspondence with this company over my furniture tearing up and never got anywhere. I even sent pictures and tried to send part number which is not my job.

      I ordered my bed and box said ********* it was but the wrong bed. They will email me back 5-7 days after they check on it, u cant talk to anyone except email with a claim, still no claim number
