"That's how it was when you brought it in". Those infamous words. I think most reviews are filled with emotion and assumption so I am going to do my best to give ONLY THE FACTS.I have a **** ***** C-**** Pickup truck. It's well-maintained and has a brand new engine that was installed in 2013. Not refurbished. Brand new.I never go to Casey unless it's for an oil change. When I drove it in, it had no check engine light or warning lights of any kind. It drove smoothly and had no fluids leaking, no loud or banging noises or anything outside of routine maintenance that was needed.I paid $38.00+ for an oil change. The mechanic parked it too close to another car so I asked him to drive it out. When the mechanic started it, I heard the engine start rattling immediately. The engine died almost immediately after he backed it out. After he backed it out and put it in park, the engine died again. I saw a puddle of fluid where the truck was parked. He said, "That must be from a car that was parked there earlier." I showed him some more drops of fluid leading toward where my truck was now dead in the Casey parking lot. I asked him to get someone to put it up on the rack and look at it.A second puts it up on the rack and says, "This is how it was when you brought it in". "It needs a new muffler, the brake line is leaking, it's leaking transmission fluid. It's not road-worthy."****, the manager grabs a mechanic and restarts my truck and looks under the hood. I start recording on my phone. **** says, "What do you want us to do? This is how you brought it in. All we did was change your oil. You can get a better video if you turn your phone the other way."I drive my truck 8 blocks until it dies in the middle of the road. I have it towed to my mechanic.I drove a fully-functioning vehicle to Casey Automotive with no leaking fluids and no check-engine light and requested an oil change. When I left, I had to have it towed to my real mechanic and the check engine light is on.
