              Bill Walsh was supposed to pick my car up to be serviced on December 8th and they never picked it up. Then again on December 29th this happened again and no one even called to say they didnt have a driver available they just never came. Now my car has been there since 2/5 and they tell me it wont be done till the end of next week which is around the first of March. I dont particularly mind that its taking so long but what I do care about is that they refuse to give me a loaner car because they say they have none available! That seems a little ridiculous since its a used car lot! I mean I have to get to work Im paying for a car that they sold me and now its broken and they wont even furnish me with a loaner!

              Scheduled service for my ****** *** change and transmission fluid change. Two days before the service they call and tell me that they don't have a tech that can do the transmission. Get there, and not only did they have a tech on duty, they even spoke to him to tell them they were charging me for the service and they are making me come back the next weekend to get the service done, that they didn't have a tech to do, even AFTER they spoke to that exact same tech right in from of me. And this happen right after i bought a used car from them. that broke down 9 days after i bought it and had less then 100 miles on it. AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX ANYTHING ON THE **** The one i bought for my teenage daughter. Because their profit margin is more important the the life of my Teenage daughters!
