5 starsCould not have gone smoother. REMOVEDstayed on top of the insurance company. The guys were in and out in a day. They cleaned up with magnets to make sure they got all the nails. The roof looks great. I am very impressed.

5 starsBuffalo Roofing and Exteriors is a great company. We had a tree limb fall on our roof back in May and they helped us the whole way through the insurance process and getting everything paid for through the insurance company. And by July we had a brand-new roof. They didn't just replace what needed to be replaced on the surface, but they replaced the trusses and any other damage they found due to the tree limb. REMOVEDand REMOVEDwere always professional when we dealt with them and they treated us like family. They were extremely patient when the insurance company kept dragging their feet on paying the claim. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.Buffalo Roofing & Exteriors LLC

5 starsReliable, honest, and persistent! I had a roof claim that took over a year and half to get approved. Buffalo knew I had State Farm which was notoriously difficult this time around to get claims approved and decided to still undertake the battle to get my claim approved. They spent a lot of time fighting for my claim and took all the risks with no guarantee of payment. That's real dedication and integrity that companies don't usually have these days. During that time, several storm chasers walked away as soon as I mentioned my insurance company. Not Buffalo. Their team stuck with me, guided me through the process and delivered to me a much-needed new roof. Their attention to detail was great and even my follow-up request (which wasn't their fault) was handled quickly. REMOVED, the owner, was great to work with and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Buffalo Roofing to anyone looking for a company that truly stands by their customers.Buffalo Roofing & Exteriors LLC

Their estimating process and communication with us as well as with our insurance adjuster was seamless! Price was very fair and the roof was on in two days!
