    I went to the self-serve car wash on Jan 25, 2025. The cost for the first few minutes is $3. I used my credit card to start the car wash. I was watching the time to see when it expired. When the timer hit 0:00:00 the water didnt stop. I waited about 30 seconds to see if it would stop, but it didnt so I went over to the control panel and pressed the stop button. The display showed $3 and a Thank you. I left the car wash. When I got home I looked at my credit card website and see that they charged me $15. I called the car wash and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I then went to look at their reviews on ****** maps and this is an in-going problem with this place. There are several people complaining that they were scammed out of money and they charge everyone $15. Sadly, before we realized this my husband also took his car through that car wash and also got charged $15. I want the car wash to refund my money. Still waiting for them to contact me, but from others comments on the reviews it appears that this company ghosts customers with complaints.
