My loan was bought by Servbank around June 2024 the pmi was set to expire. None of my recent Servbank statements report pmi now they r adjusting my mortgage to accommodate for the pmi. I cant reach anyone. I cant reach a person in the past I could reach Filipinos and others out the country with poor English ********* warned.Business Response

I am due a reimbursement from Servbank mortgage company and having complications with being reissued a new check (the original check payment expired when attempted to deposit it). Company Representatives have told me that the check could be directly deposited and now, today, being told that they cannot directly deposit the reimbursement and that they must mail it to me. The issue is that I have been waiting for a check to be reissued since May 2025. Today, I was told from a representative that a check was reissued to me and then it was returned to them by the post office???? This makes no sense to me as I haven't had any issues receiving any other mail that they have sent me. I've even asked for a tracking number and was told that it could not be provided as it was sent through regular mail. I feel as if I'm going back and forth with ServBank company concerning this issue. I've even requested that they charge me for shipping such as Fed Ex so that it could be tracked and I'm not clear if they're actually going to do that for me. In June 2025, I reviewed my credit report and found 21 accounts that were fraudulently opened using my personal information. I did not apply for, open, or use any of these accounts. They were created without my knowledge or consent and are causing serious harm to my credit profile. I'm filing a complaint against Servbank regarding a deeply unsatisfactory loan assumption experience and its transfer to Mr. ******* We initiated the assumption with Servbank, our lender, completing the application and diligently providing all required documents. We spent significant time gathering these. Midway through, without notice, Servbank sold the mortgage to Mr. ****** on June 3rd, forcing a complete restart. This wasted time/resources, requiring resubmission of all documentation. Servbank only communicated via email. Despite requests, we received no phone assistance, making the process difficult and time-consuming.Adding to this, Servbank initiated 3 hard credit inquiries, impacting our scores, even though the transfer made the application invalid. This transfer, restart, lack of support, and inquiries have caused stress and inconvenience. Selling mid-application, intentionally disrupting our load assumption is unethical. Also, the refusal to communicate with us following the sell, as we were right in the middle submitting paperwork, is wrong!!?Business Response

I am formally rejecting this response due to the negative impact of multiple hard credit pullsone from each major credit reporting agencyon both my credit score and my husband's. These inquiries have resulted in a 28-point decrease in my score and a 32-point decrease in my husband's.
Despite our requests, we have yet to receive any updates regarding the form submitted to ************ to reverse these unnecessary credit inquiries.Due to the negligence of Servbank, we must restart the mortgage assumption process, requiring new credit inquiries, which would have been entirely avoidable had Servbank not initiated the assumption after selling our mortgage.
To resolve this matter, we require a full reversal of these credit inquiries before we can consider this issue satisfactorily addressed.

I have been contacting SERVBANK to keep my house from being foreclosed for three months now. I went through a divorce and needed some extra time to make arrangements since the property was in a legal dispute between me and my ex husband. I have applied several times for mortgage assistance since they will not allow me to make any payment. I've talked to SEVERAL **** from Servbank and cannot get a straight answer from anyone as to why I am being denied or why I cannot make any payments to the property. I have applied for loan modifications and even spoken to managers on SEVERAL occasions. I am constantly given the run around with no real answers or resolution every time I call I have to call back in 48 hours to get any update. . I do not want my house foreclosed but SERVBANK is not allowing me to come current on my account with a reasonable payment plan. I'm starting to think they are just not willing to work with me so they can foreclose the home, there's no reason why I should be denied a loan modification , mortgage assistance or anything. They have given me ZERO options at this point. My income is well off and I can afford the payments but given the situation I fell behind during the legal court stuff and wanna make it right. I'm at a loss for words about how I have been treated and currently still being treated by SERVBANK. No customer service , no loyalty. I need someone's help to contact the right personnel for them to make this right . I've left MULTIPLE messages and no one with any authority can give me answers. HELP!!!!!!Business Response

I am writing to dispute incorrect and premature negative information reported on my credit file about my mortgage loan #********** with Servbank Mortgage Company. During a special unemployment forbearance period, no repayment plan was established or agreed upon between Servbank and me. Despite this, Servbank reported my account as delinquent, which is inaccurate. This unlawful reporting does not follow standard credit reporting practices during post-forbearance negotiation periods as my loss mitigation application is under review with Servbank underwriters and there has been no repayment plan established according to FHA/HUD guidelines. This negative and unlawful reporting does not follow FHA/HUD ML ******* standard credit reporting practices during post-forbearance negotiation periods. I have sent Servbank a letter demanding correction of delinquent status back to current as we go through the forbearance loss mitigation process and kindly request that you review this issue and assist with demand to remove the incorrect information from me and my daughter Chauntoi Johnsons credit files promptly.
