      This bank denied removing the *** from my home loan even though the I had met all the requirements. My outstanding balance was less than 80% of the original LOTV but was denied after submitting a formal request. ************** says it has to be removed once it is below 80%. ServBank wanted me to submit an additional $150 application fee and pay to have my home value reevaluated, this is against the law. Stay away from this predatory lender as they won't comply with laws and try to charge you for additional fees just to have access to your rights. If interest rates ever come back down I am definitely refinancing with a different bank.

      This bank is terrible, they have actively been trying to take my mother-in-law's house due to non-payment. When I submitted paperwork to show proof of payments, they put me on endless holds until I hung up. Each time we call, they put us on hold and tell us they are researching out payments, This hamster wheel has been going on for OVER 6mths. They have now filed for foreclosure!

      ***************************** at Allied First Bank was absolutely wonderful, she helped guide me through the home lending process and was always available whenever I needed. I really appreciated how well she communicated with my realtor and all others involved in buying our new home, it took such a load off to know that ********* was on top of everything.The She not only offered professional help but also an ear for when the entire process became too stressful, and for that I truly am thankful. Buying a home is stressful but with the right lender it significantly reduced the anxiety, I will be using ********* again and I highly recommend you do too!
