      Received what I consider a scam letter from First Allied. I don't know how you can even rate them a legitimate business. My rating of the BBB just went to "0"! I didn't even want to give 1 star.

      First I started dealing with **** and then he said his colleague ****** would be taking over. I submitted all the paper work that ****** requested and was told that everything was good and all that was left was the appraisal and we would be able to close on 12/142022. ****** stopped answering my phone calls and so I started calling ****. I was notbtold what happenes to ****** but **** took over my account. He states the appraisal was ordered and would take **** business days to complete the appraisal. That time went by and appraisal had not been done. **** called me again to verify same information that had been given to ******. **** then called me stating that the appraisal was done on Thursday 1/19/2022 ans he would have the report in 1-2 business days. **** then called me yesterday to inform that he had not received the appraisal report but would hopfully gwt it today. Today 1/24/2023 I received a TEXT from **** stating that my debt to income ratio was too high and they would not be able to do a home loan. I tried calling **** to find out what is going on because my income and debt that I have now is the exact same as it was just 3 months ago but the phone goes straight to VM without even ringing and he hasn't responded to my text. I had my friend call and when she calls the phone rings several times before going to VM. I think **** blocked my number. If ****** messed something up, the right thing to do was to CALL me and let me know. NOT send me TEXT message. I would NEVER recommend that anyone use Allied First Bank. Unprofessional and liars.
