I bought bitcoin of $15,000 from this site and up till now no reply from them this is very bad I kept on texting them no reply this is very bad and they received my money on the 22th of this month and up till now they have not send my bitcoin which is very bad for business.Initial Complaint

On 08/14 at 11 am, I purchased $50 Litecoin (cash) from one of the Cryptodispensers ATms. I received an emailed receipt confirming my purchase and typically the purchase would be on the tracker or in my wallet within minutes. Nothing ever came. I called customer service, they said they would pass my message along and someone would call me back. Heard nothing. Sent an email. Received an automated reply. Called customer service back every few hours to check status, because nobody had called or emailed me back and everytime, they said the only thing they could do is take a message. They did send me a text message hours after my initial contact asking if I needed help, and I replied and the only response was the same initial text of "how can we help you?". Obviously not a live or monitored customer service option. I even texted the apparent CEO because I had his number from a previous purchase I made and him trying to upsell different products to me. Nothing. No correspondence from them for the rest of the day.The next morning, I had no updates in emails or by text or by phone. And still no LTC. 24 hours after my failed purchase, I finally got the below update in email:"Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced when attempting to purchase Litecoin at our Bitcoin ATM. Please rest assured that we are actively working on a solution, and you should receive your Litecoin today. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.Best regards,Crypto Dispensers Support Team"6 hours after that email, no follow up. No LTC. Still no one available to speak when you call customer service. So it has now been two full business days with no resolution. I am out $50 cash, can't even dispute the transaction with my bank. I sent CD (crypto Dispensers) a cashier's/bank check to buy Bitcoin. The owner, **************, lied to me, making up excuses for an entire week why he didn't purchase the *** (Bitcoin). He said the check didn't clear but lied as it was a cashier's/bank check. He texted twice that he was sending me *** but it never arrived. He said one day - "I made the purchase but it got stuck on the exchange - so not today but tomorrow." Coins don't get stuck on the exchange and while he said I'd get it tomorrow but,again, it never came. Then from June 28th to July 5 he didn't answer my phone calls, voicemail messages or text messages asking for an update on why he hadn't completed my purchase. I got frustrated with his lies and texted him on July 3 that since he hadn't yet placed my order, I wanted a refund as I was tired of his lies and no responses to my requests for an update. On July 5 he sent a text message saying "send me your wallet. You are not getting a refund. Take the coins or you will get nothing. I am blocking you now." A copy of this text message is attached. I did send him a wallet to send the coin just to end this nightmare but he had me blocked! How could he get my wallet if he blocked me? He then blocked my phone calls along with texts. I looked him up on ********, found him and asked him to send my *** and again send him a wallet! Result: He blocked me on Whatsapp, which means if he has blocked me on every means I have to contact him, he's decided to keep my $9210, which is against regulations because I requested my order not be placed before he processed it. SEC regulations say if an order is not processed or completed and the customer requests a cancellation, their money is to be refunded. This owner is a ***** and I've read 3 reviews on Trust Pilot from customers saying they placed orders, money was taken but they never received the coin/product ordered. ************** should lose his license to be a ********************** dealer because he's a scam artist and *****.Initial Complaint

date: 5/16/24 to present 5/31/24 After phone promise, then email: "As discussed, we are prepared to process your transaction of $250,000 without any issues." email on May 21/24 "We wanted to inform you that $92,459 worth of Bitcoin has been sent to your wallet today. The remaining $138,941 will be sent tomorrow." Next day company stopped answering both of their phones and only limited answer of email. Still not answering phones for 10 days, not answering emails for 4 days. Promised $138,941 never sent plus they are keeping $30,000 fee meant to pay for one day service promised in email above. Allowing consumers to deposit funds when they are knowing withholding the use of those funds. They claim they're out of cryptocurrency, then they should not be allowing people to deposit cash to their accounts if it cannot be used for days, weeks, months. On top of that there is zero support and no replies or help! I used to use this company years ago and back then I never had any issues. It's been a few years since I last used them, I logged into my account today made a cash deposit and went to send my crypto. Everytime I try I get a failed error. 'm not able to withdraw any Bitcoin. Every time I try to send it out it just says failed, try again. After researching it there are tons of complaints the exact same thing. They are allowing consumers to deposit cash, with no warnings of any delays, and then not allowing you to withdraw your crypto for days or weeks at a time. It's completely irresponsible. If they are having issues they need to lock down the capability to deposit funds so people aren't stuck waiting around for them.It's infuriating, there's so many other ways I could buy Bitcoin but this one was convenient at the time and now my money is just stuck. It's a shame because years ago I never had any issues like this.To top it off I can't get a hold of anybody, I can fill out a ticket which simply just sends a email saying they received it, the phone number does not work and there is no live chat. This company has an *** Bitcoin machine I made two transactions on there on April 19th 2023 when was sent one Bitcoin was sent by SMS and the other Bitcoin was supposed to be sent to my cash app I have emailed your customer support team numerous times I have also called numerous times and the voicemails no one has responded and my Bitcoin has yet to show up I deposited $70 worth of bitcoin I need someone to answer me ASAP. I used a bitcoin ATM located in a local mall. I put in $1200.00, but they never credited those funds to my wallet. I have called many times, but only get music, or a message stating to leave my phone number. This company needs to confirm my payment and credit those funds to my wallet immediately.Business Response
