    I visited Gizmos on 2/24. Walked in to a crowd people checking in. My kids had to go to the restroom. I stoped there first. There was no toilet paper in the stalls or soap in the dispenser. I informed a manger and he just rolled his eyes. That should have been my que to leave. Of course my kids wanted to play so we stayed. The slides are covered in layers of dust and filth. There is 1 employee at each attraction. It was like visiting a DMV. The game machines were mostly shut down. The Handles on the arcade games were broken, screens smashed , the piano game is so dirty that you can see the blank stains on the them. The food court is full of food left behind and half eaten on the tables. There no were to sit after you ordered food. With the amount of crowds there is they should have more staff. Or working staff. When I was checking out to cash out my token card. It took 30 minutes to check the balance. One employee was standing there against the wall. The other employee didnt know how to use the scanner. Altercations were happing in line. No wonder someone was stabbed there before.
