      I met with ****** ********* (Executive Vice President of Rewards Luxury Development) on 02/25/23 for an investment informational meeting. During the meeting I was informed that once a request is submitted a return on an investment of $5000 (plus accrued interest [15% on the original investment amount) occurs 30 days after the original investment date. This information was restated during phone contact on 01/03/25. Also, during contact on 01/03/25, I was informed that my request should be emailed. An email requesting a return on the original investment and accrued interest was sent on 01/29/25. Shortly after sending the email on 01/29/24, I received a call from Mr. ********* confirming the receipt of the request. Since submitting my request, I have attempted to contact Mr. ********* via phone and text regarding the status of the request. However, I have not received a response to my attempts and no contact since the phone call on 01/29/25. *********************** at Rewards Luxury Development and Associate of Mr. ********* [contact information of Mr. ******** **************-- **************************** responded to my request for status and shared the funds would be available the week of 04/08/25. Subsequently, every week thereafter Mr. ******* has reported the payout would be available the following week, to no avail. A formal letter was emailed on 05/08/25 stating the above and requesting making a second request of the original investment and (plus accrued interest). To date, I have not received a response to the request nor any contact from Mr. ********* or Mr. ******** I am requesting additional with resolving this issue. In advance, thank you for your assistance.
