    I have attempted to return several expensive cocktail/evening dresses and contacted the company for a refund within their 48 hr window requirement and they told me I can't return them due to sizing issues. In my statement to them it wa not a size issue but a material quality issue which is documented in my email. ordr # **** and order #****.

    We have addressed all the queries and have accepted the returns for all the 3 Dresses purchased on www.MyFashion.com

    RMA: RA0176 shared on 08/14/2024 (Return request for this dress received on 08/13/2024)

    We request to withdraw the complaint filed as we have duly addressed the queries on timely basis and also request the customer to return all the 3 dresses in new, unworn condition, with all dress tags intact for the return to qualify. Our/Designers Inspection team will verify and then only the refund would be processed.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that they have resolved the refund issue. However, it took threatening them with a complaint  to the BBB for them to do the right thing. I would give them a very low rating on customer satisfaction.
