    Unbeknownst to me at some point at the end of 2022 the person I made the agreement with sold my contract to a third party. This occurred completely without my knowledge so when changes started to be made I assumed it was the current owner simply updating. Come ******* my charges went up by a dollar each month and then my late charges doubled. I had not signed any sort of contract agreeing to these terms. When I noticed the discrepancy I reached out to the phone numbers that had been contacting me for payments only to then realize that this was a completely different third party I was working with. I attempted to gain information as to who this new party was and why charges weren't occurring as they we're supposed to and received no response. I made several attempts at reaching out to this company and gaining information that should have already been previously provided to me. I then started texting a number I had been receiving notifications from I am not sure who this party is that I'm talking to but they've been attempting to extort almost twice the amount my contract stated out of me in order to retrieve my items. I gave them written notice back in April that I no longer wanted to do business with them. My contract does not state that I could be locked out but I've been locked out for over a month without notice and received a notice yesterday after weeks of disputing that I was officially locked out and my items were to be either sold or thrown away if I didn't give them the amount that they requested. My original contract with this first party doesn't even have a signature on it other than mine. My contract has been broken and state law has been broken but all this business will do is try to extort a ridiculous amount of money out of me that they don't seem entitled to.

    There was a miscommunication from management. **************** has access to her unit at no cost and has agreed to remove all belongings by June 2. The issue has been resolved.
