1 starZero communication for 3 days. Dropped off on a Thursday evening for a 9:45am Friday appointment. I had to write a longer note than usual on the late night drop off envelope stating a certain part of my vehicle needed to be replugged in to start my car that I had to unplug it before leaving the lot. Had confirmation my vehicle been checked in via text by my Service Advisor. When I called the dealership, at 11:45am Friday Im put through to voicemail, leaving voicemails is pointless, they never ever return phone calls. I text my advisor for an update or if they had any questions or issues they needed to discuss before proceeding to work on my vehicle. His response at 12:20 pm Good Afternoon, I have not had any techs free up yet to have yours pulled in. Hoping to get it in today but not entirely sure if will make it in the shop today or not. No communication on Saturday whatsoever, the service department is open 7am-3pm. Sunday they are closed. Monday (today) morning around 11am, I called the dealership and was sent to voicemail again and left one, never received a call back. 1pm I call again, sent to voicemail. A family member of mine had written a ****** review shortly after stating that this isnt acceptable customer service. We were immediately contacted by a **************** Representative located in ******* ILnot by an actual dealership employee. She tries to defuse the situation by gaining our trust with her empty promises and fake apologies just so we would change our one star review to a 3 or 4 star review. Bribed us with a loaner vehicle until my repairs are finished and a free future oil change tire rotationwhich I proceeded to tell her I will never be returning to this establishment even if they gave me a brand new vehicle at no cost. The customer service representative then tells me they ran a diagnostic and that was incorrect. I went up there this evening, my car hasnt been moved. **************** is not a priority to this dealership. ******!Review fromAmanda P

1 starAbsolutely the WORST dealership experience Ive ever had.If I could give zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this location has shown no sympathy, no urgency, and no professionalism. My car has been in their shop for weeksgoing on 2 monthwith zero communication unless I call them first. Even then, Im met with rude attitudes, vague updates, and empty promises. They dont answer the phones, they dont return messages, and they definitely dont care about their customers once the sale is made. Im paying on a vehicle that I havent been able to drive, and they act like its not their problem. No follow-up. No accountability. No courtesy. This place is a joke. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and a total absence of respect for peoples time and money. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. They make their sales because of ONE great salesmen. Who hasn't been in due to his health issues. Sad I have to contact him personally for advice!!Review fromSandra B

1 star0 ? WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP ******* of Aurora / Napleton ******* on Route 59 (**********, **) took my time, my money, and my peace of mind, and they will do the same to you if youre not careful I arrived with full intention to lease another ******* ******** I waited over 35 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, until they realized I was a returning ******* customer, and then rushed to help. 1 starDeceptive sales tactics. ****************** will keep your car for 3 days with an appointment, then tell you they dont have anyone qualified to look at your car until next week. You will call them and ask for a manager, then they send you to voicemail. If they recognize your number, they wont even answer the phone. I have never been so disappointed in myself for doing business with them. If you have that gut feeling that something is wrong, stop and walk out. If you buy, you will regret it. Sit with customers in the service waiting area before buying, talk with them about their experience there. Thats when you here the truth.Review fromErica H

1 starThis company has declined in all areas since 2012. Im not sure what has changed but the customer service is horrible. I took my vehicle in on 7/12 and was told the part would be available on Monday. No call from the service advisor with an update so I decided to call in which I was unable to reach anyone including service manager. I received a text stating my part was available and that I would be notified when repairs are complete. How can they be complete when I have my vehicle. Ive yet to speak to anyone regarding repairs. Ive scheduled me an appointment with Betterhausen in *********** i. hopes of a better outcome.Review fromDarlene Q

1 starSTAY AWAY! This Dealership has deceptive sales practices. The price they quote is $6K more when you get to the dealership. They need to be called out for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Save your time and dont go to this dealership unless your are prepared to pay an extra $6K which was my experience.Review fromRandall M

1 starWorst dealership I have ever seen. They were advertising a Prius for 13,900. Scheduled a test drive and was informed it was ready. Started my journey to the dealership only to get a call stating it just sold. I informed the manager I had just spoke to the guy. She apologized and said they would try to get another. 3 days later it’s back on their site being advertised for 5,000 more than the original. Now I’m being told it’s because prices fluctuate daily. I infomercial the lady someone needs to call to explain.Review fromMaxine T

1 starAbsolutely awful experience at this dealership. I signed a contract and put down a $500 deposit for a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid on March 22, 2025. The car was promised by May 31, but when the date came and went, no one could give me a straight answer.
David Krochmal told me he would call me back—he never did. When I did finally get him on the phone, he pretended there was "wireless interference" in a blatant attempt to hang up on me. I called him out on it because the dishonesty was so obvious.
Then I spoke with Chris Sberna, who also promised a follow-up call about the status of my car and contract. Unsurprisingly, that call never came either.
Finally, after being ignored and lied to repeatedly, I threatened legal action. Only then did Jason Mayes respond and move forward with processing my refund. It took weeks of chasing down answers and invoking legal consequences just to be treated with basic decency.
The customer service here is disgraceful. Their communication is nonexistent unless you're making threats. They mishandled my order, failed to meet delivery timelines, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability throughout.
Do not buy a car from here. The BBB giving this place an A+ rating makes me question whether the Better Business Bureau is even legitimate anymore.
Save yourself the stress—go elsewhere.Review fromDerek B

1 starThis place is the absolutely worst business ever, by a very large margin. They're a complete joke! Not a single one of the employees has ever done what they said they'd do for us. First, when we purchased a vehicle there about two years ago, they tried to sell us one that was smoking (for $20K). Then after agreeing on a different vehicle, they said they'd get the dents fixed. So we get that scheduled. The car is a van. I get there to pick up the rental (an agreed on van or comparable)... they give us a compact car. I tell them that won't work, we have kids. They say I'll have to reschedule. I agree to just take the car and find a way to make it work. Then, the repairs take twice as long as they said it would, only to have only half of the dents and scratches repaired. The service department has continued to be an issue through, consistently taking longer than they say oil changes, etc. will take. Then, to top it off, the van gets totaled. After going through hoops to get our money back on the extended warranty, we find out months later that their payment processor, **************** has continued taking payments from us. It's now been over a month since we told them that we want our money back, and keep getting the runaround. Also, the service department continues to call us asking about scheduling the next oil change, when we've already told them that it's been totaled on numerous occasions.Ed Napleton ***** is a truly awfully run business.Special shoutout to the ** *** ******* for continuing to brush us off. And not clearing any of his voicemails. How unprofessional could you be to have your mailbox full. Also, special shoutout to ********* *******, the warranty leiason for just plain being nasty and rude, and of course terrible at her job. Thanks,*****
