Good morning,I took my vehicle to the Northlake KIA ********************** repair shop because I was having some issues with my car "jerking and not being able to accelerate pass 60 mph. After speaking with a service personnel, she advised me a day later that I needed a transmission ($3500) that would rectify the problem. After installing the new transmission, the repair shop told me that my vehicle was stuck in gear #4 and they had no idea why. The head mechanic stated that at times they receive faulty transmissions thus a new one was ordered which led to the same problem. After a few days, they could not discover what was wrong. Further tests were conducted and I was told that there were additional problems with my vehicle: The *** and the Engine Harness was "drenched" in oil and needed to be replaced which would be an additional ($3500-4000) Of course I was shocked at this new development and inquired "how did the *** and engine harness get drenched with oil and needed to be replaced when nothing was wrong with them before?" The head mechanic had no idea why, he thought that was strange. At that point I decided to speak with the service manager who I contacted via telephone. I wanted a second opinion and asked if I could bring a mechanic in to evaluate the problem, he said no and suggested that I pay for the installed transmission and take my car to that mechanic although my car was not repaired. A few days later, I personally spoke to the service manager and shared my concerns, he recommended taking off ($1800) from the now ($7600) new total charges, I was still not pleased. My vehicle was at this ********************** for about a month and they didn't know what to do, I was forced to pay the ($3500) to get my vehicle although the problem that they initially stated was not solved. After receiving my vehicle, parts were missing and not re-tightened. I wrote a letter to the manager of *** and he didn't respond. The service was poor, and I felt I was ripped off.Review from Eric T

Tried to buy a vehicle today from Napleton VW, based on their posted price on Autotrader.com. The sales manager informed me that they would not sell the vehicle to me unless I purchased aftermarket warranty plans. He also tacked on miscellaneous other fees. After his attempt to scam me out of thousands of dollars, which l refused to pay, l went online and read about the company. Their scam tactics are commonplace and the public should be warned.Review from Phil C

This is the most incompetent dealer I've every seen.I bought a car on March 5 via online sales from ********. They shipped the car with no registration so it could not be driven for two weeks until they finally figured out how to provide me with temporary registration from the ****************.By April 22 the temporary registration tag had expired but my state DMV still has no record of this transfer and I still have no title to the car! The car is useless.The dealership usually cannot be contacted directly because no one picks up the phone.Still waiting and have contacted the corporate office.Unbelievable. Bait and switch pricing on ****** ******. Told me 10% under. Then when came in with check 10% over. Then told better business bureau they said some dealers charge that but they said deal was msrp. Total lie from what happened that day.Review from Diana M

Very unsettling. My husband went to this dealership today to look at a ****** Quest. When he arrived, he had to wave the manager down since no one was paying attention that a potential customer walked in a bit ago. He finally got a salesman so he could inspect the van he wanted to buy. As it turns out, the van was already sold. There was a sign in the window that said sold and a name written. The salesman confirmed that the van was indeed sold earlier but hes willing to ************* to my husband if hes pays more. Thats a horrible thing to do to a customer, potential or confirmed. My husband of course said absolutely not and walked out. This is a ****** learned not to shop at this company. I had a similar experience at a different Napleton. The car I put a down payment on and returned the next day with a check was sold out from under me. I thought my situation was unique, apparently not. I would use extreme caution when purchasing from this company.Review from Re W

Please save yourself time and avoid this dealership! ******* ** my salesman was very pushy and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable at all dealing with him. He tried to overprice the car and I ended up going with Kia with the same options and features for $9000 less. Save yourself the hassle on time. While I was signing at Kia he sent me this text message requesting $25 Apple Pay “for his time”. I have never heard or seen this happen before and I’ve multiple friends that have bought vehicles and have never heard of this!Review from Dominique T

I brought my car in to get a multipoint inspection left it he told me it would take 2 hours but instead he didn’t call me and when I called he wasn’t taking my calls then I went up there sitting at the desk in his cellphone. His said he never received my calls but he told me what I needed and it will take 4 hours instead they had my car for 2 days later because they were closed on Sunday I had get a rental and go back up there now he tells me they need a hose I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t go up there but that was a lie. He said it will take a day to get expedited and have to pay for it they just wanted to make the ticket higher there’s no way you should have my car for 5 days for a radiator and serpentine replacement. The prices he gave me for the parts were a lie as well I checked the parts department at the same place and the pricing he gave me were way higher. So today I just found a hose removal tool in my car !! My car smelled like something was burning. This place just wants your money or try to force you to buy another car I’m going to court of something goes wrong for leaving this tool in my car and my old parts were good o had them checked at another Chrysler dealershipReview from Chris H

Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I scheduled to test drive a car a day ahead of time. I asked that they had it up front ready to go as the last time I was there they couldnt locate 2 out of 3 cars I went to look at. I literally had 5 phone calls after scheduling the test drive confirming the time. I showed up to test drive, the car was not up front. In fact they couldn't find the keys. I waited almost 30minutes before they told me that they sold the car already. I proceeded to tell them it was bull**** and walked out the front door. Only to find the 2 "professional gentleman" walking out behind me literally yelling smart*** comments as I started to drive away. I turned the car around to ask him what he said and literally was tuff talking me in front of my kids!! Most unprofessional, unorganized, hot headed, lazy staff I have ever dealt with. Won't happen again. I would recommend going somewhere that wants to sell cars professionally. Not tuff talk customers and trying to fight customers that were potentially going to spend 25k. ***Do yourself a favor and go to a safe,reliable, knowledgeable dealer that would love to meet your needs.**** Not these clowns. No wonder they have a bad rep. I will say that a manager called,tried to apologize and offered me some fuel for my car. I passed on the offer. ******* *** was advertising a lease price through Napelton *******. When I went to the dealership I was told that the pricing was incorrect by a factor of 2. I showed them how it was advertised on the website and it was mentioned that another customer had come in recently with the same quote. Given the relationship between the two entities I'm not sure who is at fault, but the advertised pricing is deceptive.Review from Suleyman S

Bought *** **** 2022, with intrest rate %9 paying $487 for loan from ally Bank i tried to paid off today which is $16000 with interest out of $487 is $150 a month 38 months left equal to $5700 ally told me I had to pay $16000 total they did not take out $5700 so I should be paying only $13000 ally bank refused it they told me I had a contract with ******** *** I talk with with dealership nothing they can do do not buy any car from ******** ***
