- We offer a free consultation. Paid Sessions are not refundable once the appointment is made and a minimum of 12 hours is given to cancel and reschedule the visit. Clients that purchase a more than 12 workouts at the time we refund the remaining sessions that have not been used within a 12 month period. Sessions are transferable to friends or family within the 12 month period.
