    Star Line Towing and Recovery IS THE WORST *********** I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. Not by choice but through my extended warranty coverage. I needed my car towed today to the auto shop due to the inner tire arm braking. My extended warranty covered the tow, however the dispatcher kept providing me with the wrong ETA and eventually stopped answering my calls. It took over three hours for the tow truck to arrive after being promised the tow truck will arrive in at least 30 minutes. Once the tow truck arrived, the driver tried to get me to pay him some money out of my pocket. I even had the extended warranty company on the phone explaining to the driver that the service was covered. The driver tried to get me to pay him for a wrench connection, although that was covered. Since I did not give him any money out of my pocket, he jumped in the truck and drove off. I had to call the warranty company again and they sent another tow truck company who arrived in less than 20 minutes and did not try to charge me anything extra to tow my vehicle to the shop.
