I am writing to file a formal complaint against Grassanos Pizza regarding a serious concern I had with the handling of my food order and the potential risk of cross-contamination due to my fish allergy on 12/9/2025. I ordered two pizza puffs and a shrimp dinner. Before placing my order, I specifically asked ***** whether everything was fried in the same fryer, as I have a fish allergy. He confirmed that everything is fried in the same fryer, and based on this, I requested the pizza puffs be baked instead because he said yes. Later, as I was on my way to pick up the order, I called the restaurant again to confirm that the pizza puffs had been baked. I spoke to ***** again, who assured me that the restaurant does not fry everything in the same fryer, as that would be considered cross-contamination, and I would not need to worry about my allergy. I also asked for the food to be packaged separately.Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was upset to find that all items were packaged in the same bag. When I inquired with *****, I was told that, in fact, everything is fried in the same fryer, which directly contradicted the earlier assurances I had received. This inconsistency is not only frustrating but also dangerous, as it could potentially cause a life-threatening allergic reaction.I am deeply concerned about the restaurants handling of food safety, especially given the risk of serious allergic reactions. I was unable to eat the food, and this situation could have had far more severe consequences for someone else.I am requesting that you take immediate steps to improve their food safety protocols and ensure proper communication with customers, especially regarding food allergies. Additionally, I ask that the restaurant be made aware of the potential risks their current practices pose to public health.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and any actions you may take
